I'm agreeing with "Wonnykins"
about Ash going good with his mom
seriously his Mom is probably the only girl who loves him he's such a whiney wanna be emo b***h
((excuse my language I just really hate Ash...and all the new episodes of the Anime for that matter >:/ ))

IF YOU DON'T READ IT PICK UP A COPY
speaking of which does anyone else agree with me that the manga is what the anime should have been?

But it's not as marketable to children as the anime is. That's why PokeSpe is practically unknown even among the Pokemon fandom. It's GREAT, but it's hard to market.

but if you think about it...animes like inuyasha are much bigger hits now a days cuz pokemon is becomeing a more of a (kiddy) anime

Pokemon is not more "kiddy" than it ever was. Pokemon isn't as popular as Inuyasha because it's been around for 13 years, already had a fad cycle, and Inuyasha just had a spike in popularity due to Final Act coming out. Pokemon has proven more resilient, has more fans, has new fans all the time and is still going on, while Inuyasha has ended, so Inuyasha isn't even popular than Pokemon ANYWAY.

1.:ash travles to a new town/city
2.:team rocket apears and gets pwned by a over powered pikachu
3.: ash beats a gymleader
4.: end of episode

The new episodes see much more variation, especially since Dawn has her contests. And even the OLD episodes don't REALLY follow that at all. After all, there's only 8 Gym leaders in a region, and each region was at least 50 episodes. And Inuyasha (the anime) was just as repetitive. That's just dumb. And while I'd like to see more romance in Pokemon, it is targeted towards children, who don't really care.
