"Thats probably because the sun has no power. It makes the rest of the sky weak with need, but it just can't get it. Stick to the darkness and you will see that it can seem quite peaceful and happy in the dark, there is also a lot more power sealed within. Looking back down at Lucine again she stood back up. Her muscles rippling smoothly under her fur. She looked around the camp to see who all was up. "How about you take a small group and go hunting. Our food pile is looking sort of frail." She glanced over at the small pile of dead small mammals. "Then you can eat your fill and rest for a bit. Be sure to look for any signs of danger on you way out.  ☼ ¤ Sky ¤ ☼I will be the gladdest thing under the sun.
╔══════════════════════════════════════ ¤☪¤ ══════════════════════════════════════╗Sky had always adored watching the pack around him, and loved to observe different signs. Before he would have loved to be the leader, but now he did not mind his duty. He got the chance to protect his pack in a whole new way. With wisdom and herbs rather then teeth and claws. He looked over to see Kipcha stand talking to another wolf. Sky shook his head lightly. One of these days it would be nice to find a leader for her. But for now she was mainly a temporary leader. Sky helped a lot of times when she could not, but he knew that the pack would need a leader soon.
Looking up at the trees above Sky felt a tingling feeling settle in his heart. The winds above him blew through his hair, and sent a few leaves scattering his way. He looked to the area the wind was blowing towards. It was leading mainly towards the woods. Everything in him made him want to trot into the forest and adventure. Instead he shook his head and looked back at Kipcha.

The guard certainly was strong, but she did not know exactly of his hunting skills. Thinking about it for a moment she kept her eyes steady on him. It probably would be best to get the guards to know a bit about hunting, so they can be of more service to the pack. She nodded. "That would be acceptable. You need to learn some hunting skills. Gather another hunter, and you may go. Both of you may get a piece of prey when you are done, and then I want you to come straight back to me, Samhain."╚══════════════════════════════════════ ¤☪¤ ══════════════════════════════════════╝ Night is space where the soul can expand.

I’ve never felt I’ve been valued by anyone. I’m just a waste of space that everyone ignores, like a ghost without a home.

Team up with a gaurd? That's something new.
Lucine took a moment to observe the odd gaurd.
Something about the black wolf pricks her spine.
Something...
Lucine stayed quiet. If the goddess wants Samhain to learn some hunting skills, then it'll be okay.
The goddess isn't a fool. She knows what she is doing.
Lucine quietly accepted.
But something is odd with this wolf... Then again, every wolf is odd.
Her ears were pulled back. Her tail pointed straight out, being parallel to the ground.
She narrowed her eyes at the black wolf and tilted her head to the side. Then Lucine relaxed.

Aleana stirred at the sound of paws moving past her. She jumpeed into alertness, and swivelled her head around to try and see who it was.
Aleana saw Selina pass. So, to be respectful, the rebelious wolf stood and strode over to the Elder. "I think so. Though I'd much rather it be filled with the promise of tomorrow. I heard someone say that once." she mused, looking at the rising sun thoughtfully.

It did show a lot of personality between the two, but it also showed how much of a handful they could be. Though they could also be trouble for her whole pack, which Lelvita did not like to much. She decided that she would have to keep a close eye on these two. She nodded both of them, dismissing them. "You two better go now, the day is nice, but wait for two long and the prey might all scatter to their little hole in the ground. You still have to find one other as well, but I am sure anyone would be willing to go. Your dismissed." With the last sentence she nodded her head away, and turned her head to see the rest of her pack. Her mind searched through the morning patrol she would send out soon. She needed to make sure the area around was as secure as possible.╚══════════════════════════════════════ ¤☪¤ ══════════════════════════════════════╝ Night is space where the soul can expand.

╔══════════════════════════════════════ ¤☪¤ ══════════════════════════════════════╗Listening to the two wolves bicker about who to pick to go with, Lelvita got extremely bored. Letting out a long stretch, she began to walk towards the food pile. Her head was held high with pride. She felt admired by all of those around her, and she absolutely loved it. She flaunted the power she had, and made good use of it. Arriving to the food pile she picked up a rabbit. Turning around a couple of wolves bowed their heads to her, before turning around to go on with their business. Walking over to her den she set the rabbit down, and quickly downed it. Licking her lips afterwards she laid down, in the darkness and watched her pack. To a light adjusted to daylight, she would have been invisible, but to her pack everyone was able to see her. The darkness held amazing power in her eyes. ╚══════════════════════════════════════ ¤☪¤ ══════════════════════════════════════╝ Night is space where the soul can expand.
