Leon smiled and nodded. "All for you." Leon's eyebrows lifted when he was offered a bit. He took the little bit and sighed. "Good gracious, I think that just ruined my diet and I wasn't even on one." Leon smiled again. Leon blushed and looked at the knotted napkin in his lap. "Ahiru...I really did have something I wanted to say....It's just...well...I'm not very good with words....but I am...I mean honestly...I do like you too...I just....oh hell, I just don't know how to tell you that I like you without making a fool outta myself!"

He was a bit surprised to hear this,making him cough a bit before sipping at his drink.Once he had managed to calm down a bit,he seemed to smile though feeling a little worried."I...I am glad that you were able to be honest with me about this...I thought you were just going to ignore it,"he admitted to him.Eating a bit more of the cake,he pushed the plate aside before looking to him."Why...why don't we just go ahead and walk back to the dorms...I am sure that we can talk along the way there right,"he asked as he stood up,picking up his own plate.

"That could be good idea." Leon smiled nervously. He called the waiter over to box up the cake for Ahiru to take with her.
Leon set the take out boxes into the bags and was ready to head out. He was more nervous now about what they'd talk about than of the girl herself. He wasn't sure how to continue their evening nor how to keep her entertained in him. A cold sweat began to collect along his skin and that coldness made him want to flee, but being the best gentleman he knew how to, Leon was going to try and wait it out. "Ready to go?"he said as the waiter came back with the boxed cake.

Ahiru nodded as he took the plate of left over cake before going to take his arm.”Yes,”he said with a gentle smile before walking out of the restaurant with him.Looking up to the sky,it was getting dark but it didn't matter,he wanted to take his time to be with Leon.”Do you think we could start to hang out more often...well that is if you have the time or would want to.”He wasn't about to go and force himself onto him,he wanted to be liked by him after all.”Well...I have a free day tomorrow...do you have to work or anything?I can help,I used to help out with the garden back at home before I took up music,”he said to him,smiling warmly.It had been awhile since he had walked with anyone like this.The last time was when his father had set him up which just made it worse,all the rich boys seemed to be full of themselves.”And don't say I shouldn't or dont need to...I want to.I want to show you that I am not like other rich girls...I am more down to earth despite what I may wear or eat or where I go to school.”

Leon smiled and started up at the sky. The coming night seemed to hold more mystery that guidance, but Leon was used to figuring things out for himself. He was brought back to earth as Ahiru spoke to him. He shook his head with a lazy smile. "I'm supposed to be on probation. This little trip here would get me in some deep trouble if it wasn't you. I have Saturday class in the morning then a couple hours to myself before I have to go and start helping with the restoration of the main building. Ya' know, polishing frames, cleaning windows, refilling holes, repair man business. It's a daily thing, but I can only help out on Saturdays because it will interfere with my classes." Leon was touched by Ahiru's want to work, but he shook his head again. "I'm not on garden work until next Wednesday and I don't want you in this stuff. You would look terrible in those fade puke green jumpsuits. I'd much rather you be playing music to entertain the masses with."
Leon stretched and folded his arms behind his head as he walked. "Honestly, the work doesn't bother me, its just the standards. They want us to fix things, but we don't have the right tools or we have to go buy them with our own money which isn't much. Roy has been working here for fifty years and he's almost as poor as I am. As hard as he's worked and tried he's not getting anything, but he has no formal education so he can't get another job. It just think it's kinda unfair for someone whose worked here forever to be paid the same wage as some teenaged hooligan such as I." Leon sighed and shook his head. "Not that I'm really paid either. If the food wasn't free, I'd never survive."

He seemed to pout a bit before nodding and smiling at him.”Alright but you have to promise that when you can or want...come to spend time with me alright,”he said with a smile.For a moment,he stopped him so he could lean up and kiss his cheek before he began to walk again.”Come on....we must get you back so you can go and spend time with your friend.”Laughing a little,he began to hum as he walk,feeling very happy that he was able to be out here with him.Then when they got back to the campus,he stopped at the dorms,looking to him.”I guess this is where we part ways...until I see you again,stay well.”With a small bow,he walked up the many stairs,heading to his own room so that he could shower and get to bed for the night.

Ahiru had slept rather peacefully that night,making a late night call to her father.Oh he was going to have a busy day ahead of him indeed.Upon the next morning,he woke early and dressed simple with just a T-Shirt and jeans before going out to his father office,speaking with him briefly.He seemed to argue with him to let him help fix up the broken down dorms,starting with Leon's of course.After an hour of this,he had finally agreed and he seemed to smile brightly and hugged him tightly.”Thank you Daddy,you are just the best.”Smiling,he kissed his cheek before rushing out and heading over to the janitors office.He spoke with him and explained what his father had said.Luckly the man had just ordered in allot of new things to be replaced in another dorm but he was going to use that for the broken down dorms.
Over the next several hours,he spent fixing up the dorms and glad that Leon was out of his room.The windows from the counter and cabinets had been replaced,making his room look new.Come around about three in the afternoon,he went down to the lounge in the slacks he wore to work,to get something to eat.Getting just some small for now,he sat on the chair and drank his soda,wondering where he was.”I should have gotten his number last night...I wonder where he is at.”

Leon woke up with a killer headache. He rolled off the couch and onto the floor. Micah gave a grumble after being smashed, shoving the male off him. Leon staggered to his feet and tripped over an empty bottle. Leon wobbled into the kitchen and poured himself water. He looked over his living room and groaned. "Mic!", he croaked, "Wake your lazy A*S up and help me clean up." Micah groaned and rolled over. "Must you be so loud?" Leon set a bottle of water beside the starry eyed male and began to pick up bottles. "I don't care. I have class at nine and I can't be late. It's already eight now." Micah groaned and placed a bottle in a bag. "Then why'd you have me over last night?" Leon rolled his eyes. "Because I didn't think you'd convince me to drink so much. Sh*t, I need to shower. I smell like straight liquor." Micah stood up and downed the water. He shook his head to rid himself of the lingering hangover and saluted Leon. "You go get ready, I'll put this place back together." Leon smiled and hugged his friend brotherly then ran into the bathroom. Micah looked over the room and dove into cleaning it.
Leon came out of his bathroom thirty minutes later, fully dressed and bag over his shoulder. He eyed the room and how nice it looked. Micah was laying on the couch with an ice pack on his head, giving him a lazy smile. "Told ya, spotless." Leon smiled and shook his head. "You are amazing when you want to be. Let yourself out whenever you can stand. I'll meet you by the gate at noon and we can go hang in the community room for a couple hours before I have the become repair man" Micah nodded. "Later man. Good luck." Leon gave Micah a passing salute and left. He fast walked down the hall and skipped down the steps. He checked his watch and broke into a run. He skidded into class seconds before the bell rung and sank into his desk with a sigh. The teacher looked at him with a lifted eyebrow, but didn't go any farther with it.
Leon met up with Micah in the community room and beat him in a few games of pinball. Micah explained to him that he'd left a little after Leon. Leon rolled his eyes and told him he'd forgotten to lock the door which made Micah demand to know how. Leon reached into his pocket and handed Micah his keys. The two burst out laughing. After a quick lunch and a few more jokes, they walked to the gardener's shed so Leon could get ready for the school clean up. Micah checked his watch and waved Leon on. "Catch you later. Community room?" Leon nodded, pulling off his uniform coat. "As always!" Micah smiled and walked his way back inside. Leon sighed and went into the shed to change.
Two minutes later, Leon was in the puke green suit and in line up for assignments. Because of his youth and agility, he always got the weird jobs. Today was no different. Leon's job for the day was to clean the air ducts and vents. This required him to climb up ladders and reach into air ducts to scrape or brush excess anything out of them. Leon resisted the urge to shudder and took his tools to do his job.
Many hours and uncountable numbers of monster dust bunnies later, Leon was walking into the community room. Micah was sitting watching some reality TV show with two sodas beside him. Leon sank into the chair beside him and cracked open his drink.Micah lifted his drink to Leon and they clanked glasses. Leon leaned back and relaxed. "How was it?" Micah asked during a commercial. Leon scoffed. "Never, ever corner a dust bunny. They with suicide dust you." Micah looked at Leon strangely for a bit before the two both burst out laughing.

Upon hearing the all to familiar voice and laugh of Leon,he turned a bit in his seat and seemed to smile.'That really suits him...acting this carefree and happy is just perfect,'he thought with a gentle smile.He then looked to himself and realized that he wasn't recognizable with these clothes on,only causing him to chuckle.Getting up,he slowly made his way over to him and blushed a bit with both set of eyes were on him.”I...I dont mean to bother you Leon but I wanted to ask if there was any way that I would be able to contact you?Maybe by cell phone or email perhaps,”he asked,hopping that there was.When he was given the contact information,he quickly put it away in his pocket and feeling extremely happy.
“I woud love to stay and chat with you but I have to get back to helping with the rebuild of the other wing,”he said with a sheepish smile,hoping he would see his brand new built room.”I will contact you later and we could eat dinner here okay...until then talk to you later Leon,”he said waving to him before he jogged off back towards where the others were working.

Leon looked up at the person with a smile. He smiled harder when he heard the voice. "Ahiru! Fancy meeting you here. No your no bother, never. Just hanging with the buddy here. What cha' need?" Micah lifted an eyebrow and started to speak, but Leon's elbow "accidentally" connected with his ribs. Micah started to cough and was silent. Leon listened to Ahiru with a smiled. "I have a cell phone, but I don't use it much. The rates are crazy. Here, I'll give you my number." Leon reached into Micah's pocket and pulled out some paper. He took a pen from his suit's front and scribbled down his number. He could see the happiness on Ahiru's face. As the male began to leave, Leon smiled. "Have fun with that and be careful! Dinner would be lovely! Chinese tonight maybe? Real Chinese!" Leon waved as Ahiru left then something struck him. "Wait....rebuilding of a wing...what is she doing building anything.."
Micah jabbed Leon in the ribs. "Really man? Are you serious? Did you really just try to puncture my lungs with my own ribs over some boy?" Leon rolled his eyes. "It was not a boy, it was a girl and she took me out last night. I didn't want your nonsense talk to scare her away." Micah rolled his eyes. "If you cant show her your friends and have her accept them then she's not worth it." Leon shook his head and swigged his drink. "I'm more worried about me not being able to handle my friends." Micah looked at him sideways. "Coming from the guy who just told me that dust bunnies attacked him." Leon scoffed. "You weren't there. You wouldn't understand the horrors I faced in Vent-a-nam." The two started laughing again.

After what had seemed like hours of building,with a few minor cuts and brusies,Ahiru was finished.Sighing with a smile,he quickly went back to his own dorm to shower and change for tonight,looking forward to seeing Leon.It took him only a little over an hour to change into a nice purple lose dress,it hung nicely enough to compliment his own body.'Wish I could wear something a little more sexy but I think that would give away that I am a guy,'he thought a little sadly but shook his head of the thought.He then dialed Leon,speaking to him a few minutes before heading down to the student longue.Looking around,he spotted him and seemed to rush over a bit."Thank you for wanting to hang out with me again tonight...I hope your friend doesn't mind that I am taking your time,"he said a bit worried.The last thing he wanted right now was any trouble or unwanted attention from other people.

Micah and Leon had gone and wandering the grounds again. Micah had decided to climb into a tree and get stuck so Leon had climbed up and in after him. After ten minutes of fighting branches and creatures, Micah fell out of the tree. Leon hopped down after him. Micah was fine save a bruise on his behind. Leon chuckled. "This is what happens when you do stupid shi-" Leon was cut off by his phone. He smiled when he saw Ahiru's name. "Cool, hold on a sec' Tarzan." Leon turned away from his friend and spoke to Ahiru. he smiled and accepted the offering for the outing. When he hung up he grabbed Micah's hand and helped him to his feet. "Got another date tonight. I'll catch you later." Micah rolled his eyes. "You've ditched me twice now. She better be giving you something for all this. You've never given this much of a damn to any other skirt." Leon shoved his friend playfully. "But I was just going in for one things with them, I'm not asking anything of this one. She's just a friend anyway." Micah made a face. "Whatever, see you in class tomorrow." Leon threw up his peace sign and jogged off to the lounge again.
Leon stepped into the lounge and saw Ahiru from across the room. She quickly came to his side and he gave her a smile. "Don't worry 'bout Micah, he'll be fine."

With a small smile,he gave him a small nod before he began to walk with him.”Hey...I was thinking instead of going out to eat that maybe we could order in and just watch some tv or play some card games,”he asked looking over to him.”That is if you dont mind hanging at your place.Or we could just go over to my room.”He wasn't trying to play at anything,he actually just wanted to stay in and enjoy a quiet evening with a friend.”Oh just forget that I mentioned it,lets go out to eat,I can still call to make reservations for us,”he told him as he began to take out his phone to make the call.
