Siligon was stricken with amazement. He could not believe what he was hearing. "A Saiyan? You are a Saiyan? But how can that be? The only surviving Saiyans are Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Trunks. The story you told me would explain why I thought you were an android but it seems like your records are correct. A super saiyan did defeat Frieza. Goku, the son of Bardock, was first to transfrom and defeated him on Planet namek. And only recently, Frieza arrived to Earth in a cyborg body and was defeated by yet another super saiyan, Trunks the son of Vegeta. If you are truly a saiyan, or whatever you claim to be, what is the reason you are here? The Cell games begin in four days. Could that be the reason?"

Siligon was stuck between confusion and laughter as he yelled out in sarcasm "You protect Vegeta? Do you realize who he is? Even if he did need your protectiona nd you had that kind of power, Vegeta would never allow anyone to treat him as a child." The stranger seemed confused at what Siligon was saying. "You see, Vegeta is currently one of the most powerful warriors in the Universe. He evolved into a Super Saiyan not very long ago and I can feel his power growing exponentially every day. I am quite certain he has already breached the level of Super Saiyan and is on his way to higher levels. While I do not feel in him the power contained in Goku, he is much more powerful than I think you take him for. The Cell Games is the name of a tournament arranged by Earth's newest assailant Cell. He was created by Dr. Gero, one of Goku's earliest adversaries. He is so overconfident of his new powers that he has challenged the best fighters of this planet, some of which are among the strongest in the Universe, to a series of battles to prove once and for all the superior warrior. I thought that was why you were here but obviously not. What is your name?"

Siligon was frustrated by the cyborg's disrespect. He watched as the cyborg flew away and disappeared through the clouds. Siligon did not follow him for he knew that would be pointless. Instead, he flew in the opposite direction and returned to the lookout.

Upon his arrival, Siligon rushed to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. He opened the door and looked inside. To his surprise, there was no one there. "Goku! Gohan!" he yelled. "Where are you? I need you now! It's an emergency!" Again no one answered. Siligon flew down to Korin and asked him about the whereabouts of Goku and Gohan. Korin informed him that the two had finished their training and had already left for the tournament.

Hearing this, Siligon flew at top speed to the location of the battle. Standing there amid the dusty wind was the dreadfull Cell stretching and preparing fo the tournament. None of the others were there. He felt a great presence at Capsule Corp. It was a dark and dreadful chi yet had a strong hint of goodness enmeshed within. "It must be Vegeta" he said as he stealthly flew towards the energy.
