I have noticed, though, that Alucard seems to be extremely popular. Almost too popular. . .

Sad really...Hellsing is packed with awesome minor characters, but so many people fall instantly for the hot shot.

Count Integra -nods- I've noticed this as well. :/ Sad really...Hellsing is packed with awesome minor characters, but so many people fall instantly for the hot shot. personaly i like the major. he reminds me of penguins ._.

What I really like about the Major, though, is the fact he's such a da**n good villain. He just loves war. In the grand scheme of things, he seems to just want:
1. to kill Alucard
&
2. War
He even likes it when his own soldiers die. It's evil, but that's what makes him such a great villain. His evilness!
By the way, since according to Vol. 10 he's a robot-type thing, where do you think all of that food went when he ate it? eek

xD I forgot to make the announcement. I had to log off right after I posted the results. xP Congrats.
Major is epic because of these things:
-He emotionally move a large crowd just by talking about how much he adores war.
-He totally pwned Maxwell in OVA 4/Volume 4. (This makes me laugh since Maxwell is usually King of Comebacks.)
-He's obsessed with killing Alucard and will do ANYTHING to achieve this goal.
-He's a cyborg, and that's just epic. (As for where the food went, maybe his metal stomach digests it and turns it into fuel...? At least he doesn't have to worry about heartburn, luck guy.)
-He's so epic he doesn't even have a name--and that is completely accepted!
-He's German and a Nazi.
...And i'm sure I could sit here and think of even more, but I can't. Dx
