Carter looked down at her hands and moved her fingers to see if she was there. "Yep Carter is here!" Wishing she did not do that it made her look more like a dork then normal.

"Carter and Nicole- very well." Mrs. Meaure turned to the ancient blackboard behing her and started write huge chalk letters, talking as she went.
"Seeing as we have so few people here today, this is what we'll do-" J...U...S... went the letters before her as she continued. "We shall have a short discussion on justice," here she turned back to her two students and tapped the completed word behind her, "And then we continue on to today's spell. If you give me your time for the discussion, I may even teach you two spells."

Mrs. Measure rolled a chair from her desk, settling it about an arm's length from the desks where the students were sitting.
"So girls..." she sat down and folded her hands, "What's your definition of 'justice?'"

Carter sat up stright and said. "Well I think justice is the concept of moral rightness based on ethics, law, natural law, fairness, or equity." Carter said hoping so was correct.
