"I know answers!" Draven Essence Eternity shouted joyfully as she zoned back into the conversation. She skipped up to Maurycy. "My eyes are my essence like a window to the soul!" The familiar saying showed that she had either learned how to read and had read it before, or she truly had seen other people before the tower had disappeared. "The tower left because no more remained, the tower returned because dark has regained!" She started to dance and sing her new found song around the tower, once again becoming oblivious to those around her. "Stolen power, now returned. Tis a matter of choice whether the power is relearned~"

"Like I said, you ask alot of questions." Nelo tilted his head a bit. "Most, unnecessary. You need to learn what is important to the current situation, and filter out whats not." He sighed, and hung his head, just standing there while Aura danced around the room, singing. "Living on the streets of the city for so long tought me that..." As soon as food was mentioned though, Nelo's head snapped up, and he grinned widely, his fangs glistnening. His red eyes flashed, and he said, "Well, I am a bit parched..."

Emeriss didn't have to look back to recognize what had just occurred behind her. She could literally feel the bloodlust coming from Sumnor. Thinking on it for a second, Aura's pronunciation was a bit less confusing. Emeriss glanced back toward Nelo then up toward Aura at the stairs. Hmm... The soulless aren't necessarily the fearless after all. "Well, okay but I think this dinner date is going to get awkward." She replied before facing the door and pushing it open.

Nelo quickly forgot about blood at the mentioning of darkness in the soul. "Well, thats really your choice, but there are two ways to tell for sure. The first takes a while, but is painless. The oter well..." He smiled and laughed a bit. "Well... lats just say otion two has sent more than a few to the loony cell down in the King's dungeon."

"Some steak, enough for all of us, and as fresh as you can find it." Nelo pulled twenty silver pieces from his pocket and handed them to Emeriss. "Buy it at the Karayan Co. Butcher Shop on Main street. Ask for a man named Aldon. Tell them you were sent by Sumnor, and he will set you up. I can grill the meat if you can fetch it."

"...I'm not getting older. I've been walking a few days, I guess it's probably time to eat. All that business about souls, if that even matters... I'll worry about that later." Maurycy said, and stepped out of the front door. He leaned against the tower outside and opened his torn umbrella, spinning it around and waiting for Emeriss to hopefully return with food.

"Well... according to a piece of paper it's Maurycy." He said, with a tinge of doubt in his voice. "That seems like such a strange question to me though. To think of a name on a piece of paper, as if that word somehow sums someone up." His only knowledge of the meaning of a name was the piece of paper in his pocket with 'Your name is Maurycy.' Written on it. The only clue he had.

"Ah, thank you." Nelo nodded and took the meat, and smiled at Emeriss, almost like she had just told a joke. "Yes, he does get alot of after-hour visits, due to the fact that he was once my father." He turned his head to the stairs where Aura had fled. He stepped up about four steps so that most of his torso was enveloped in darkness. His voice became soft, and he said, "Oh, Aura? Would you happen to know where a kitchen would be?" The sound was carried all the way up to the top of the tower, where it reached Aura's ears.
