talesseriesfan Exselser Uh, what? Intentions are hard to infer online... but there's already several Tales with amazing everything, including story and character designs... In my humble opinion, the Artwork on the Legendia site is just... ugh. I love the artwork inspired from the anime cutscenes and made by the artist that DID the anime cutscenes. =3 What I was try to say, is that the whole 'world going to be destroyed' storyline is getting too cliched. I say, there should be a Tales game in which the world is already destroyed, and the hero (or heroine) has to go out and rectify this. Yeah, I like this idea! =3 Isn't that sort of Destiny's plot already? Phantasia really isn't a story about saving the world, but you'll just need to play it a little bit beofre you get it fully. Sunvei... well considering the 5 Swordians are the main characters, I'll use it. Cheers to Hoa for the banner though.

I haven't played Legendia so I wasn't talking about that... Phantasia has some of the best art, music and one of the most original plots in RPGing. Destiny and Destiny 2 both have amazing everything as well, but their plots are a little cliche. (I honestly haven't played any good games with talking sword people but whatever.)

I can't wait for Phantasia! For it to finally come out in English, is like a dream come true for every Tales fan out there! Sure, DeJap translated it a bit, but I'd like the official translation better, even though it's not as animated as the Fan made patches are. So NOA was thinking Claus?! That's one more to my list of 'NOA Tweaks to Video Games that just makes it worse'. At least Namco is thinking straighter than NOA. Clark... I could live with it.

Clark. That, although Klarth is better, is tolerable.
I like Phantasia better than Symphonia, or any other Tales Games. of course, I have had no chance to get my hands on Destiny 1 or 2, although I want them desperately.
...I'm actually kinda mad that there are barely any Tales of Phantasia fanfics, and hardly any fanart. D:
I'm a fan of ClessxMint (They're SO cute together. Yeesh. Cless isn't gay, and he doesn't like Chester. D: ) and also a fan of ChesterxArche (I like ClessxMint more. >_>)
But, all I can seem to find for Tales of Phantasia are fanfics about DeJap's interesting interpretation of the boat scene (Arche is only supposed to say "Cless, stop. Stop. Cless, you idiot!") and ClessxChester. Although I do find a few that are actually about the game couples, there aren't many.
I think DeJap, in a sense, ruined ToP a bit. We might have gotten the GBA release earlier had ToP not been known as "inappropriate" at that time. And, it was really annoying, with all that bad dialogue.
Okay....rant finished.

Actually, Lily, I doubt that would've changed anything. Namco released Tales of Destiny and Tales of Eternia over here, and despite how great they were, were basically ignored and sold poorly. We're only getting Phantasia because Symphonia sold much better and gained many new fans to the series. Namco decided to give them the rest of the Aselia Story, which Phantasia provided.
It's a bit too late to bring over Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon and Tales of the World: Summoner's Lineage, which contain even more of the story, however.
Hopefully, ToL sells well enough to bring us Tales of the Abyss!

Anyways, I totally agree about the ClessxMint. I mean, if people who haven't played the game, looked at Cless and Mint, they'd say they would make a good couple. Enough said.
But to fortify why Cless and Mint work so well: Throughout the game, many similarities and connections between Cless and Mint are brought up, as if they were DESTINED to be together. How can it not be clearer than that?
There's my 2 cents, even though I just bring up the obvious... sweatdrop

If I were you, I'd give a list of all the Tales games on the front page for the new Tales fans to get a hands-on look at the series as a whole. That's me, though. And a banner. We definately need a banner.

Seiyuu completely translated is voice-actor. I just say that because Seiyuu is for Japanese VAs and VAs are for US. I use both to have a difference between Kratos' VA and his Seiyuu. (Two different people, obviously)
Japanese Voice Actor is too long to say, XD.
EDIT: Did the explanation page as you suggested. Now another idea would be to put some type of small art next to each title to signify who's from what game.
I'll track down Sunvei to see if we can get him to make a banner. I forgot what the dimensions need to be...
