the class had started when the door shook violently from impact. the teacher opened it to see a young girl splayed beyond it, books everywhere. she began to pick them up stuff them back in her book bag. she timidly walked in and spoke in a british accent. "hi guys.....sorry proffessor, i kinda ran here. couldnt find the class room."
the teacher noticed some nacho cheese on the girl's cheek.

Max started to fall asleep again then Susan throw a book at hem so he would stay awake "Evil twin" he mumbled rubbing his head.

"No need to call me proffesor, please call me Mrs.Smith" Susan said looking at the girl 'She must like nachos' Susan thought to her self looking at the nacho cheese on the girl's cheek. Looking over at her twin she seen Max started to fall asleep, throwing the book she had in her hand it hit his head "I said stay awake" she yelled at him.

thank you Mrs. Smith! wow that is a very american name did you come from georgia or something where should i sit what will we cook today is it fish and chips?i love fish and chips they are my favorite foodinthewholewideworldcantwaittostartcooking
she seemed to say this all in one breath. the males in the class were staring at her rear and the girls were glaring at her. she walked and sat next to max and started to scribble on a paper.

"You need to calm down" Max said looking up at his twin."Ok class I dont know most of your name so sorry if I say you name wrong" Susan said looking at a sheet of paper, " Kimiko (Kim-I-co is how she said it) how much about cooking do you know?" Susan asked looking out at the class.

"its Kim-ee-ko and i know lots of cooking. i can make slowcook ramen, sushi, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate fondue, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, chocolate shakes, hot chocolate, chocolate peanut brittle, chocolate pie, and the best nacho cheese you will ever taste in your life!!!!!! oh....and i can make pure chocolate."
the longing in her eyes seemed to grow the more she spoke about food.

"Sorry" Susan said looking at her twin who was yet agan falling asleep."MAX" She yelled at him so he would wake up. Waking up he glared at his twin. "She is still evil" he mumbled under his breath.

the young girl thought a moment and jabbed the boy in the neck with two fingers. it looked like an electric shock as he straightened and slowly relaxed. it felt like she had blocked a part of his brain now. not pleasant, but not damaging.
"he wont be able to fall asleep for the next 4 hours! can we make cookies now?"

Susan giggled "Ok we can make cookies now" she said smiling as she handed out the stuff the studen's would need.

she put one cup of butter flavoured shortening into the mixer and added brown sugar (1 cup) and white sugar (3/4 cups). beating it at medium/high speeds, the sugar crystals cut microscopic holes into the shortening until it was light and frothy. she then began sifting cake flour, baking soda, and a half teaspoon of salt into a bowl. she added 2 eggs and some vanilla extract to the mixer and added the powder mixture into it in three installments under low speed. she hightened the speed after each installment. then milk chocolate chips. she covered the bowl and put it in the refridgerator. everyone else was either watching or still measuring ingredients.

Susan watched as Kimiko speed ahead of the class. Mike was a little bit slower then her but he was grumbling under his breath, Susan could tell be the way he moved he was not happy.

Kimi watched max work as he struggled to place the dough onto the baking pan evenly. after a second, she snickered. she walked to the pantry and aquired a clean ice cream scoop. picking up the boys knife she scooped the dough he made, cut the dough so it filled the spoon perfectly with a simple swipe, and used the lever on the handle to deposit a perfect hemisphere of dough on the baking pan. she handed the boy the scoop and his dough and told him to continue.
