::: Bio: A State Alchemist, by the will of her father, who had hoped, before he died, that she would be able to put her prodigal talents to use for the good of the State. She has an adopted sister, Rain, who has a specialty in utilization of water. Her parents died being chased by something, but Terra is not sure what. After their death, those things came after her and her sister. The alchemy symbols on the palms of her gloves allow her to perform an imitation clap alchemy similar to Edward's. She idolized him for years, mostly due to the similarities in their histories, personalities and stories. In the end, she became a State Alchemist in order to be able to protect her sister and to find out what is chasing them.

:: razz ersonality: Her State Codename says it all, even though she hates it. She is edgy and neurotic, fierce and enthusiastic, quick-tempered and impatient, reckless and impulsive, restless and volatile, violent and uncontrollable. And yet, she is one of the State Alchemists' greatest assets. Is often told she is very much like Winry Rockbell, who is also her sister's mechanic.

As she whipped back around, she reached her free hand behind her back, grabbing one of her two Colts from her back holsters in one fluid movement. She yanked her arm out of the guy's hand and twirled around, bringing the gun in front of her and grabbing it with both hands, holding it straight out towards the guy. As soon as she stopped moving her hair moved back away from her face and she could see who she was pointing at. She immediately blushed and stood up straighter, saluting, "LIEUTENANT COLONEL AUTHER! I'M SO SORRY SIR!" She moved to stand even straighter at attention and, forgetting she held the gun still in her right hand, fired randomly into the sky. Kira continued to walk down the hall as he heared voices, he hid behind a wall an listened
Unknown man 1:"The military is here, we have to leave"
Unknown man 2:"NO, We will not be stoped, not by anyone"
Kira heared someone behind him, as he turned around he was hit in the head and nocked out

Kira wakes up "damn that hurt" he looks around the room, there is no one there. "Man am I dumb" Kira is tied and and un armed "no weapons, oh well" A tall man walks in the room "looks like we got a General of the military....bet we will get lots of money for him"
Kira: with a grin on his face "too bad the military dosent negotiate with people like you"
The man kicks Kira in the side "shut up! they wont let you die, your too important"
Kira spits out blood "...thats....what you....think.......im expendable"
Kira then started cuting his ropes with a shard of glass he found.
The man: "Then we will have to get more higher ranks, for more money"
"see, my troops are smarter than you think.....you wont get more people, and I'll get out any minute"
As Kira spits out more blood, an explosion hits the building, shaking it. The guard falls then Kira trips the tall man after his ropes get cut and Kira hits the man in the head with a rock and punches the guard and knockes him out
"sorry fellas, but I said I would get out" He looks around in the room, just as another explosion hits. "gotta find my stuff"
