Gho the Girl Zed Millar BlooCow So when will we start? >x> I was hoping to get somemore people involved, at least 5-6. I want my BOYFRIEND TO JOIN IN SOME ******** TIME. I spawned most of this because I knew he'd be a likely participant, seeing how he's the one who was talking all about the rules of edition 3.5 before I knew what D&D even was... GET IN HERE, BABY, OR GOBLIN BLOOD WILL FLY!!!
It'd be a very exhaustive process, and should you desire, it can be undertaken, but don't be expecting to play it anytime soon, unless you wish to only change the cosmetics of 3.5 while leaving the vast majority of the framework in place.
I guess for starters, we should first determine what you want to do, specifically and generally. Generally, you want a FF/DnD hybrid, but specifically, what from each system do you want to be present, and what do you hope to achieve by blending the systems?Basically, I was hoping to keep alot of what's in place, in place. The main thing I wanted to change was perhaps some racial and back story things. Like in the case of being SOLDIER, a person is genetically enhanced to be a better fighter, this should have some perks along with some weaknesses, like pehaps redistributing stats ontop of the already present elf's distribution.

Aren't those Half-Elfs? I'm an elf whom thinks he were human No, part of my character's back story is he was raised as a fist using monk in an elven tribe, however he was imbued with some sort of energy making him go into a coma. This is where Shinra took control of him and made him into a genetically enhanced "human" trimming his ears and making him think he were human. The project was called to a close and he was tossed out into society to roam aimlessly... When he became concious again after several years, he resumed to live as though he were human, having the memories make him think of no other possible truth.

 All races and jobs/classes inherent to DnD edition 3.5 plus new race created by Gho and I SOLDIER Inherent stats: +2 Constitution, -2 Intelligence +2 Survival skill +2 Jump skill Moral standing:Neutral good, lawful neutral, chaotic neutral, neutral evil, and true neutral Stereotypically = neutral. Choose neutral for a character who doesn't legitimately have strong convictions to save/destroy the world.

Class: Knight
Alignment: Lawful Good
Sexual Orientation: Gay (is unaware of his sexuality)
Alexander was dropped off at the Knight's training center as a small child, abandoned by his parents who were unable to take care of him, or so he assumed. He never knew anything about them, and the Knights never ask any questions when taking in children. He grew up being taught the Knights' beliefs and codes, working hard and enjoying every moment. While he didn't particularly excel in his studies, he was one of the few who were particularly good with pole arms.
He's very friendly, and had many friends among the other boys training as knights. He was very kind and gentle, but still firm when he needed to be. He's very shy when it comes to bodily functions, however, choosing to ignore his body once it had started to mature. He's very innocent and light-hearted, feeling that he could save anyone if only he worked hard enough.
Finishing all the training they could give him near the end of his 17th year, he set off the day of his 18th birthday on the last legs of his training: traveling from town to town and helping everyone he can, proving he had the heart of a Knight.

Class: Monk-Assassin-fist fighter
Orentation: Unknown, he doesn't know yet, but he's predisposed to be gay.
Short Description: He is a 5'6" elf, black hair and green mako eyes. All he recalls of his past is a flash memory of a small farmer town... women screaming, a man who seemed familiar in anguish, dying. The sky turned red... he was running... there was a crack in the ground... the town fell into the crevace... big, green stream ... he blinks looking at you "doesn't matter..." he says... shrugging it off and walking along.
His ears were clipped to look human, but elves are still able to tell he is their kin, him unaware and denying this. His mind was whiped to think he is human. He's a 17-18 year old human for his race, 106 years old, so he has not known sex, and probably won't understand it for many years, yet. He is focused, determined, and not very talkative. He comes off as a bit brash, he doesn't take criticism well, and is always itching for a battle.
Zed Millar *walks aimlessly along, his SOLDIER uniform stained in blood as his eyes are set in a dead, fixed gaze at the horizon before him... it a blurry image of potential answers to his past, behind him a growing loom of death, how long has he been cursed... why does he not age, why does he not die... everyone looks at him as if he is inhuman... * "... where am I, Rasteel?" *a small hand sized mammal with fluffy fur jumps on his shoulder and cheeps at him* Master, this looks like the lands of Baliclod, according to the ancient Elv- "RASTEEL!!! Stop with that incessant terming... " Master... but you are an elf. "..." *his eyes glaze watery* "Whatever that may have been, is no longer... whats more, why do you follow me? I am human, elven dog!" Because, master, Rasteel was given to his master from his master's father, the village Elder... he entrusted me to watch over you to make sure I guide you, should anything happen... he always predicted the village would fall to the- "AGHHH!!! Shut up, shut up SHUT UP!!!" *he screams, falling to his knees, tears in his eyes drying and seeping back inside* "I ... am human" *he says, standing up, walking along the desert some more... aimlessly... like so many years now... days, weeks months... years... just how long has he been alive now? 22 years... Human... what a joke* GRAUGH!! *A giant Lizard attacks at Zed, who leaps back from his sorrow into full surprise* "Oh, someone has been itchin' for a fight, huh?" * he chuckles, throwing his robe off his shoulder to reveal the blood soaked Soldier uniform, tattered underneath, and his Katars, fist based dagger weapons heavily bandaged to his arms so he can't drop them in battle, or ever unclench his fists* "hahahahah!! AHAHAHAHAH!!!!" *he scream, as he punches the Giant Lizard full of holes, a loud squeal being let out as it falls to the ground, in death, Zed lifting his left fist into the air* "I win... did you perceive any other outcome?" *he asks the carcas, as he sits down setting up camp* A cog in the American death machine....

 Name: Matthias Aston Age: 23 Race: Human Class: Warrior/Mercenary Orientation: Doesn't realize he likes men yet Bio: Matthias came from a small village high in the north. He got tired of the routine that had run his life sine he was born and longed for change. Matthias ran away from the village when he was 20 and hasn't been back since. Primarily, he is a mercenary that fights for money, and hates fighting, but knows it is necessary in order to end suffering. 2 years ago he came across a village that became the victim of the inquisition of a Bishop and his troops. With the help of the villagers, Matthias was able to end the Bishop's reign. Once defeated, Matthias took the sword the Bishop was using and now uses it as his own. Along with the sword, Matthias also took a slash to the face that left a scar that runs horizontally, just under his eyes. The sword goes by the name of Hauteclaire and was both lighter,more durable, and more beautiful than the generic sword he had been using previously. Presently, Matthias has been working for independent employers that generally just want the safety of being escorted to their desired destination. Fun Facts: -Matthias is a terrible cook. One can only imagine how long he survived eating the things he cooked. -Matthias is left handed. -Matthias is actually a half decent tailor and can make nice clothes should he be able to afford the materials. ((lol, I got bored, and it's like 3:55AM here, and I leave for NY tomorrow.))
