been awhile since I last posted anything in here, hell, since I last checked in and read some things.......
Wednesday (21st) they are making us walk into work and actually sign in in person.
Now, if Friday goes as planned....all I have to do is CALL in for work on Friday (23rd).... mrgreen Home (Saint George) is 13 hours from where I sit right now.... mrgreen If I sign in at 0800 (0900 MST) I could be home by 2100 (2200 MST) Wednesday night.... mrgreen
twisted If I make it clear that I am going to SOUTH LA to visit my dads family who is going to my Aunts place there for the Holidays, I might beable to swing it. Although half of that is a lie, the half that my dads family is going to my aunts house. Because LEGALLY I am allowed to be UP TO 8 hours from the base.By menchening South LA, very possible they won't call me in, not like they would anyways.......I would however HAVE TO drive back to the Base Christmas Morning, which does leave a sad and empty atmosphere for such a Holiday.
HOWEVER, Seeing as how I was cheated out of my vacation time I put in for prior to my leaving for Iraq. Showing up UNEXPECTED late wednesday night. Hotel it for that night. Don't want to be to mom's place just yet.
Thursday I could visit Ahz and Se Ga Takai...
Friday with my Dad/Grandma & Grandpa
Saturday with my mom....
Sunday drive back to the base.....
If any one of yall is in the Dixie Area round Thursday, let me know before I take off Wednesday morning. I won't be back from Iraq till round July/August....
Mom will kill me for not stopping in soner and seeing her...But I have a bad feeling that if I did, I won't get to get out and see everyone else. rolleyes Hence Why I choose to not to go to her place first. cool
Oh, and by cheated I meant. I put in to take some leave in March. As I was projected to leave April/May. But, someone dropped out of the rotation, and they were supposed to go on the rotation before me. So that pushed everyone after them to deploy a rotation earlier than expected. Which basically ment, I am supposed to be Iraq now over the time period I ment to take leave....so, ya..... twisted

I'm driving DgHd up on the 19th, maybe teh 18th, so that thursday, you're going to have to connect with Jason, I'll be at teh party. I might drag myself back down on Friday for work, that prize 1 GB IPod Nano they're giving away is DAMN tempting, as well as teh thought of pay for 19 hours during such. Hell, I probably will, anyway, seeing as I'm trying to get rehired for next sales season. xp

Hmm. Our basic premise is discussion, I would assume, and we *are* going to need food at some time, anyway. Why don't we just set up shop in a Dennys or something, eat our food, and discuss? We don't really need a hotel or Apartment to meet, just an enclosed area. And half of us wont be drinking anyway, for those that wanna fall on that.

My only problem with that Denny's is that if there are older people in the building they won't let us be ourselves. . . or they may just kick me out. I really don't care which Denny's. That was a good idea!

My only problem with that Denny's is that if there are older people in the building they won't let us be ourselves. . . or they may just kick me out. I really don't care which Denny's. That was a good idea! I don't know, I think there is a different manager now than there was when they kicked the denny's rats out.

Takai here, too lazy to log out... we could always try different Dennys, though there's also IHOP, and other similar restaurants?
