Haha I'm pretty sure my love for FFX-2 is because I hate letting go,
so I was like MOOAAAARRR PLEEASSE.
I'm easily satisfied, and I love fanservice.
Plus,
I mean,
it's fun
and it's colorful
and I love TRIGGERHAPPYTRIGGERHAPPYTRIGGERHAPPYBOOMBOOMBOOMBOOM
I didn't go into it expecting a great plot, so I wasn't disappointed when it did, in fact, stink.
The only reason I ever used Yuna was ONE MP HOLY
That's the only thing i ever do with her
ever.
Maybe an Ultima every once in awhile, but Rikku has Ultima soooo
(i'm a bit obsessed I realize, we all have to have something)

See that's the thing that kills me. TRIGGER HAPPY. Battle system was so fun and innovative! But I can't make myself ignore the plot and just enjoy the HFCS in my videogames. I also wanted more of X, but that's just it, I wanted more of the same and X-2 was very different.
I think on my second play, I decided to try the battle arena when way under-leveled, and discovered that a few of the fights were incredibly easy with the aid of aeons. Of course to train them I had to train Yuna. By the time I was done...
She was SUPER fast.
She was hilariously powerful and could do max damage with one tentative whack of her staff.
Her ultimate weapon was a cinch to get and had great effects (such as 1 MP holy lolz).
And her aeons were unstoppable.
So now I always train Yuna in this way and she basically ends up being an all-purpose battle maiden of death.

I really want a game that brings me in as much as X does. I've tried playing VIII and XII but I just don't get into it. Silent Hill kinda goes there for me, but it's all sad sad sad and it doesn't really have a balance like X does.
Gosh the Nirvana WAS sooo easy to get, as was the Godhand.
Speaking of, my blitzball team kicks sooo much a**, they've never lost and Brother is like my hero.
Well my goalie sucks, but being able to win 10-0 already makes me not care about getting another one.
I'm just trying to boost up my Tidus and Auron now, because they only do 30000 and Rikku's doing a good 80000-99999 and they need to catch up.
I wish they had added a place that was somewhere inbetween the hardness of Omega and the Monster Creations, because I really need that right now =/
I think I just don't use Yuna because I think she's... what's the word... I just don't like her. But I use her more than Lulu which is weird cause I love Lulu.
OH! Did anyone get that scene in Guadosalam with Rikku? It's like the cutest conversation in the whole game and it just make sme giddy crying
Most people just talk to Lulu I suppose, because you have Rikku like 2 seconds before Guadosalam, but you know how I am.

Nice! I really need to work on my X people. Just kinda bored with training. For once. For some reason. I'm one of those weird people that actually enjoying the training part. But then, I guess I'm so close to the end of the game that I just wanna get past the plot. sweatdrop

Haha I beat the game twice before i went on to training and getting the weapons.
There's really no point in me getting them past it just being fun.
I do things backwards.
I used to hate training so much.
Good lord I did.
