thats really bad...I mean god...his country fought against the nazis in WWII and there he goes with the swastika...Im sure Churchill was crying in his grave

Sure and his grandfather's brother would be happy.
After King Eduard VIII. had to resign, he had big sympathies for Hitler, in order to get back the crown after the endsieg.

well i do not agree with the nazis i dont think it is right to ban a simble. i mean the swastxa (SP)) wasa simple in hinduo calture as in oth er old ones before the nazis.
dosent it make us rasist or something to ban a relisous simble?

It's rather simple:
My ancestors were probably really dumb.
Cos the german nazi party's swastika was used mirror-inverted.
So it's no problem, if you know what version the mirror-inverted is, to get the difference.
And no, it is not really banned in Germany.
It dependes from, how you use it.
Take the swastika and use it for something "honorable", for example Education, it is permitted.
You even may buy reprints of the "Reichskriegsflagge", you may even show it in the public, but if you used it in order to breach the public peace, you will be sued.
That is a good way.
