As Aeldevara appeared to save the day, Tsubaki decided she'd had just about enough of these glory-hounding bastards. "Get. The ********. AWAY!" She yelled. The moment the other convict touched the ground around the circle of flame, his feet would immediately begin to feel the effects of the corosive fire. But, just for good measure to let him know he wasn't wanted here, she slashed at him with her spear, sending a few lines of fire streaking across the ground in his direction. Unfortunately, the distraction of Aeldevara's arrival plus her frustration made her overlook the binding spell being cast. The iron pillars fell on top of her, pinning her arms and legs as well as her head, muffling the scream of anger and the obscenities aimed at all the stupid men trying to steal her opponents.

(( How is he feeling... that he's like 30 feet above her? Is it like a long distance ability? I won't argue about it. ))
"Well, I can't just leave you here. They'll kill you. Sorry for being a glorifying b*****d." He stated, shunpoing further to the right, far out of the reach of her burning corrosive fire. He carefully watched for any movements made by the other two shinigami. "I mean look at how pathetically helpless you are. You got unfocused and got hammered. Pay attention dumbass."

Isshin was somewhat surprised that Tsubaki was able to more or less avoid his attack with the exception of one of his Hell-rippers, but his surprise would have to wait as she was now spinning like a fiend and sending some nasty black flames at him. At first he dodged the initial attack, jumping back to avoid the spear, but when she forced her rather large wave of flames out at them he wasn't quite fast enough to avoid it all. His left pantleg caught fire as he moved to escape, which quickly burned down to his skin. He didn't have much time to react, so before he could Aeldevera had arrived on the scene and fired a Tenran blast straight at him. Tenran without an incantation wasn't strong enough to truly damage someone like him, but it would be enough to keep him out of the fray for a while. Isshin took the hadou blast head on, sticking his burning leg into it first, which caused the flames to extinguish entirely, but also caused him to fall backwards. The tornado raged over him and tore him up on the surface, but otherwise the wounds were superficial. He kipped back up and shook his head with a couple of tisks. "Aeldevera... is that you? Is it you leading this little revolt out of the Nest? Come now, I would have figured that when you got out you would be the first to try and make peace with us. You know we caught the guy who really killed those men. The problem with Bureaucracy is that it's hard to release someone who has already been sent to a prison that isn't supposed to exist..." Isshin stood back. He was perfectly aware of what Aeldevera was capable of, and was ready to react to more Kidou or electrical attacks.

Toshiro wasted no time once he left the 10th division headquarters, using his flash-step. He wanted to see Ikkimaru himself.

"Isshin, I'm here for Tsubaki. Though my real friends enjoy battle. I am not one to be in such a manner." Aeldevera stated quietly, studying him. "...You caught him? Imbeciles, if you would of checked to see if I was there... I could of been free... I could of helped you... If you let me take her and go, I will not fight you. I can't explain the situation right now, but we were freed by one of your Nobles. Isshin, I'm on your side. We've been binded to an extremely advanced kidou, and told if we try to flee, they'll send us back or kill us. I'm just trying to survive here. Besides, look at the bigger picture. There is far more to this. Why would they want Seireitei distracted to 2nd Division? You all need to be careful. Something isn't right... I can feel it." Aeldevera shunpoed behind her. "Tsubaki, I know you love fighting, but hear me out. There's more opponents out there. We have to go. Now." He was prepared to use force, unsheathing his blade. "Don't you sense those reiatsus? Ikkimaru, and many more extremely powerful shinigami are headed this way. We at least stand a chance with the others. I'll admit I'm powerful sure... maybe more then I think I am, but even I can't take on that many opponents, especially at their level."

Tsubaki, still trapped by the bakudou spell, couldn't really reply because her head was pinned under an iron pillar. But, despite this, a muffled shout came from beneath the pillar that sounded somewhat like, "******** off, you arrogant p***k!"

Toshiro slowed his step as he arrived at the door to 1st company's headquarters. Taking a deep breath Toshiro reached for the handle of the door and grabbed it. Walking in, Ikkimaru was at his desk. "Good afternoon captain," Toshiro bowed politely waiting for the captains relief command.
Toshiro made sure he was presentable before walking in, it ran through his mind as he adjusted his Zanpakuto.

Aeldevera ignored her comment, an action only explainable by his age. He moved near her. "Get up. You can get out of that pathetic excuse for a bakudou." He held out his hand, eventually clasping her own, pulling upwards. "You are powerful. You know you can do it."

"We found the guy a couple hundred years after you were sent to the Nest. He gave up too much of a fight and we had to kill him. Central didn't want you released. There was nothing we could do. Anyway, I can't just let you leave, especially not with her..." Isshin really didn't want to fight. It was his duty to do so, and he would follow through, but the fact of the matter was that this man, Aeldevera, was probably not as much of a threat as they thought he was. Yes, he was dangerous, but it would seem that 1000 years in the Maggot's Nest had not changed him much. He was sitll the same guy he was back then. Isshin never thought the man was guilty, but who was he to say that? The system was corrupt back then. He'd have to talk to Ikkimaru about it later. "So you have to leave here without her. I feel like you deserve a new chance, but she, on the other hand, might not..." Before Isshin could finish his statement the seven foot tall form of Nobuo Kyouraku appeared before him. Isshin's eyes widened. He'd not seen this man in two thousand years, what was he doing here now? "You! What's the meaning of this!?" He shouted, readying his sword for the attack.
Nobuo shook his head. "I was just leaving. Don't mind me." He said with a cocky smirk. He held out his orb and in an instant both Tsubaki and Aeldevera had vanished, headed back to the same room that Kango, Naomi, and Kihei were in in Rukongai. "I would love to stay and chat, but I have work to do. You understand, right, Kuchiki?" And with that he was gone in a similar flash of light.
"Enter." Ikkimaru said with a concerned tone of voice. He was currently overlooking lists of convicts that were being detained in the Maggot's Nest, highlighting names of particularly dangerous criminals that would be difficult to deal with. He wanted to be out fighting, but a Commander needed to know his enemy as much as possible, so this was part of that. Then his eyes drifed up as he sensed who was actually asking to enter. Shidobu Cloud "Enter." Ikkimaru said with a concerned tone of voice. He was currently overlooking lists of convicts that were being detained in the Maggot's Nest, highlighting names of particularly dangerous criminals that would be difficult to deal with. He wanted to be out fighting, but a Commander needed to know his enemy as much as possible, so this was part of that. Then his eyes drifed up as he sensed who was actually asking to enter. In walked Toushiro Hitsugaya, but he had clearly aged a bit and grown in power. "I see. So you have finally decided to return? How coincidental. Please, sit down. We have a lot to talk about."
Toshiro walked forward toward the desk and again silently, politely bowed. "Thank you sir," and sat down. Toshiro sat silent waiting to be spoken to as he could see the captain was busy. Shuffling a bit Toshiro took his zanpakuto off and sat it against his back for more comfort.

After a moment, the pillars began to shake, cracks appearing at the base as Tsubaki's reiatsu began to rise. Whether it was the embarressment of being so easily struck with the bakudou or frustration at Aeldevara thinking she needed a pep talk couldn't be discerned at the moment, but the girl had had just about enough. With an enraged cry, the pillars broke as Tsubaki threw them off before rounding on Aeldevara, her face completely livid.
"God damn it, I'm ******** sick of you!" she screamed in his face, "I don't care who the ******** you think you are, but you are not better than me! I don't need your help, I don't want your help and I'm not accepting your ******** help! I'd rather die here than let you boost your ego by 'saving the damsel in distress'! Now take a ******** hint and get the ******** away from me!" Just to illustrate her point for good measure, she raised her spear and stabbed it into the ground to perform another Hellfire Essence. Unfortunately, during her rant, Tsubaki had failed to realize that she was being whisked away, only to stab the spear into the floor of some room she hadn't been in before. Without the circle present, the attack wasn't able to go off. So, Tsubaki simply sealed her zanpakuto and sheathed it before punching Aeldevara across the jaw and spitting at his feet, walking away to a separate corner of the room.
