I don't know. I don't think so, actually, because the admins are already annoyed at moving sig pics. I do think they won't all stand in the same pose all the time.

K... I don't think the fishing will be incredibly amazing but it will be really popular for quite some time. I know that I'm going to go fishing to check it out, I dunno if I'll get hooked on it though. We'll just have to wait & see! whee

And look at THIS! This little teaser was just dropped by Lanzer in the Announcements. Lanzer We thank you for your patience during all the changes and migration. As we get closer to the closing of the alpha testing phase Gaia will be much more solid and bug free. The end of the alpha testing phase should come within the next two months, right before we introduce the battle system. Please stay tuned for more news and features to come. Looks like we will get weapons after all - and we'll get to use them!

I've also heard of the battle-system. I hang out at Barton Town sometimes & its gets spread across pretty quick for RPG purposes. I don't think its as well-known as the fishing or the avatars V2.0... I don't think anyone knows about the journal! sweatdrop

Ugh. I don't see why everyone so desperately wants a battle system. Weapons would be fine, just for show, but what most people just can't seem to get is that Gaia is not an RPG. It's a FORUM. There is no need for a battle system. neutral

Its exactly the same as saying "Why do we earn gold & have these avatars that we can dress up like cabage patch kids" Well I think this is meant to give us an advantage of chatting on Gaia, which is really lame because my advantage of chatting of Gaia is not to earn gold, but to have a conversation. It will also be used for RP purposes.
