Dice stood up. "Let's see what is happening in the world of the living." He thought to himself as he shunpoed from the mess hall into a shikai gate.[Exits to Karakura Park]

Garreth came into the mess hall and sat down in a corner. With him he had his Zanpakuto, Mauritane, and an old style guitar. Plucking at the strings, he peered around the room. "Looks like no one is here, just me, Mauritane and a guitar. Oh well, time to get some peace and quiet." He continued to pluck away at the guitar. Soon an unknown and enchanting tune wafted through the air, radiating calm and serenity.

((Just so you know. The Pegasus is always filled with waiters, cooks and a couple of bartenders that are lower soul reaper NPCs. So you're not really alone there.))

[Enters from Squad 7 Captain's Office] Dice entered the mess hall. He saw the new recruit standing out like a sore thumb. He walks over to where he was sitting. "I take it you're my newest recruit. Welcome to the squad. Mind if I take a seat?"

Speaking with an obvious Italian accent, the man motioned to a chair. "Take a load off, Capitan. Name's Garreth Anazazi." Setting down his guitar, Garreth held out his hand calloused to the Captain. The impression would be simply an experienced soldier greeting an officer.
((Should I put him as Fifth seat? If the offer is still on the table?))

Dice shook Garreth's hand feeling the callous but it was of no surprise to him since Garreth had the look of a warrior. "Thank you, Garreth. I am Captain Disemaru Suzaku but friends are allowed to call me Dice." He said as he sat down across from Garreth.
((You can go ahead and put him down as Fifth seat. I already put it down in the forum so go ahead and put it on your character profile. ^^))

"Well then, Dice, What's the newest news? I admit I haven't paid attention to recent events." Pouring two cups of the hot tea that a waiter just set down, he offered one to Dice. Garreth was an easy going man, especially when hot tea, good conversation and his guitar were close at hand.

Captain Dice took the cup of tea Garreth had offered and nodded in respect to the kind gesture. "The Espada seem to be in disarray for the moment but I feel they are gathering back together quickly. Other than that, not much." He said not including the physical change he had since he had become a vizard and connected himself with Lolek giving him the Huecos Grasp though he kept it covered ever since it had formed onto his left arm. "What of you? Why have you joined seventh squad? You look like someone who could be in squad 8 or 10 easily."

"That is...good to know. I joined your squad because the morals and values of this division are akin to mine own." Garreth sipped at his tea before setting it down. Picking up his guitar he plucked a few chords before continuing. "I've heard through the grape vine, that you've managed to bring one of them to our side. Is that true?"

Dice sipped the tea calmly. "Possibly. Is it relevant?" He said as he set his cup down crossing his arms into the sleeves of his robes. "Though it is good to know that some soul reapers rely on a different code rather than their strength alone."

"I am just curious. If it were true, I'd like to speak with the man, or woman if that is the case. I would like to know more about his time as an Arrancar. While strength is a good component of combat, it is nothing without knowledge and tactics." Garreth stopped the thrumming strings, sensing that a sore subject had been hit. "Was this a...private matter? If so, I apologize for bringing it up."

Dice raised a brow. "Well he is still in a bit of processing what has happened. I advise not approaching him yet until he gathers himself." He said while picking up his tea and sipping slowly from it. "It is not a problem but let us speak of something else. I would hate to have the workers here thinking that we were speaking of treason."

Nodding, Garreth began strumming softly on his guitar once again. "That would be prudent. What of happenings in the World of the Living? I've heard you were there recently." With another sip of tea, the laid back man withdrew an elaborately designed pipe and a pouch of tabaco. "Do you mind if I smoke?"

Dice sipped the last of his tea. "Not at all. As for the happenings in the Living world, I cannot say but it looks to be a battleground rather than a place where hollows usually dwell. Arrancars excluded." He said as he stood up. "Forgive me but I must take my leave for the time being. It was a pleasure to have another new face." He turned from Garreth and headed out of the Pegasus. As he reached the exit he shunpoed to his office.[Exits to Squad 7: Captain's Quarters]
