Zane stepped inside the office and looked around. "Homey..." he said to himself as he removed a scroll from his pack and laid it out on the desk, also removing a kunai stapped to his leg. "Here's the layout of the alliance: From this day forward, the Kirigakure and Kumogakure shall now be blood allies in the coming times
Terms:
1. All roads between Kiri and Kumo shall be opeened to the public. Which means that any shinobi of either village is welcomed, including genins
2. Kumo shinobis can come to Kiri to seek training from different senseis and Kiri shinobis can seek training from Kumo shinobis
3. In the event of an attack on either village, the other village is REQUIRED to assist the other, regardless of the circumstances
"What do you think of this?" Zane asked him as he looked back up to the Raikage.

Zane did the same for himself as he too cut his kunai and signed it with his blood. He signed it Zane Hajime and looked back at the Raikage. "Perfect just in time, because it seems like there's an attack," Zane said as he put up the scroll and placed it in his pouch. He switched his eye patch and headed for the hospital.

As Luo walked up to the building, he stared up at it. "Crap." He seemed to mutter. He turned around to Sana. "Could it be if our kage is supporting his genin, the raikage would be doing the very same thing?"

Sana shrugged her shoulders..It's very well possible, but we should be here to greet him if he does come back, see, there's someone waiting here too..

Luo looked over, nodding a bit. "I suppose." Forming hand seals, Luo used fish spit and spat on the ground, leaving a small crack in the cement and a puddle of water, a water reflection appeared next to him. "Go to greet Zane when he returns from the chuunin exams if I can't be there to do it personally." The clone nodded and left immediately in a thick mist, and Luo looked at Sana. "So what do you want to do while we wait?"
