Minary stole a glance at Shane when he knew where she was going. "First of all, how do you know where I'm going, and second, nothing's wrong about abilities going haywire." She snapped at him.

"well i just figured since there was only the 3 of us in the room and my and him were the only ones talking, I just thought you were going there to look at it to see what kind of damage was done, it was nothing more then an educated guess I promise" Shane answered quickly

Heidi sighed, sitting near a tree on the edge ofthe forest, ignoring all the noises of the other campers. She smiled and absentmindedly patted the head of her Griffin, named Hawk. "Hawk, you really must consider going back to the wild. You know it hurts my heart that you prefer captivity over your rightful home within Mother's great world."

Minary glared at him and saw a girl sitting in a tree with a griffin. "How many others can there be?" She turned away from Shane and walked off towards her cabin. I'm going to get away from these crazy people.

Heidi looked up, hearing voices and saw a girl. "Hey, I remember her! She is one of Nyx's daughters!" She said, smiling.

Minary heard the girl say something about Nyx and Minary turned to look at the girl in the trees. A strange feeling clouded her head as she looked at the girl and her griffin. She looks familiar, but I can't recall a name. She went over under the tree the girl was sitting in and looked up at her. "Have we met before?"

"Not really. I just know that your one the two daughters of Nyx here." Heidi said, smiling. "i'm Heidi by the way. I'm a daughter of Gaia."

Minary stood motionless for a moment and looked at the griffin. "I'm Minary, obviously a daughter of Nyx." Her lanturn swayed slightly and stopped. "Oh, it's little Raven." She held the lanturn up and it glowed brightly. A small black shadow flew out of the lanturn and rested on Minary's shoulder. She lowered the lamp and pet the shadow with her free hand. It turned blue and formed into the shape of a raven. It cooed as Minary pet it and stared up at Heidi. It cocked its head to the side, wondering what she and her griffin were. Minary just smiled at it and looked back up to Heidi. "This is my pet named Raven," She pointed to Heidi and craned her neck to look at the spirit bird, "that's Heidi, ok?" The bird cawed and flew next to Heidi. It bobbed its head and took tiny jumps closer to her.

Heide smiled at the raven and held out her hand. "Hi there, little bird. Your very pretty." She said calmly. She looked at Minary and patted Hawk's flank. "This is my "pet", Hawk. He seems to think he belongs to me, though to me, he doesn't. He belongs to my mother."

Minary smiled at Heidi's compliment about Raven and watched Hawk while she talked. "He seems sweet. Do you have an idea why he belongs to you and not your mother?" Different ideas rolled through her mind, but crossed many out. Maybe he doesn't like her mom? No, cross it. He likes Heidi better? Maybe, but cross it anyways to not be rude to her or her mother...

Heidi shrugged, patting Hawk again. "Who knows? My mother and I both know that he is a free spirit and can go where he pleases. Doesn't matter who he's with, as long as he is happy."

Minary nodded as she watch Raven hop around Hawk. "Seems like the right thing to do. Plus it looks like Raven's taken a liking to him." The little blue bird peeped and jumped next to Hawk's head.
