Logically, anything that has a spirit (or is one), can incarnate into new bodies.
This sometimes does include thought-forms and constructs that have snowballed into a conscious or semi-conscious being separate from their creator (which is the case with demons and the like).

I don't doubt that a spirit can reincarnate, I'm just not sure if that incarnation is limited withing a speicies.

Sorry I'm a little slow, I'm still not sure what a demon is considered. Are they spirits of beings that have become something else? Like a entity {sp?}

From what I've read, demons are either just a different kind of spirit/soul/being or something like what Serris described. Simple as that, unless you're referring to the biblical demon, which is something quite different.
