Did you miss the question earlier?
Meh, I'll repeat. How many pantheons did the Romans nick other deities off?

Werewolf Tyr Did you miss the question earlier? Meh, I'll repeat. How many pantheons did the Romans nick other deities off? I'd like to say 3, but I'm not totally sure. I'm kinda at a dim-witted portion of my existance. XD That and I'm slightly depressed from recent events, as well.

Lugh, if everybody knew Neith was going to say Horus should be given the throne, and that Ra was going to say I should be given the throne, how is it fair that they all just went out of their way to go to Neith and ask her who to give it to? And why did they not even ask Ra? And, seriously, Ra is like THE god. He created himself out of the cosmos, while the rest of us were descended from him. I figure the guy knows what he's talking about.

If you put someone that has done good, but has done bad to reach it, then they will fall into corruption (Hitler, for example). So, if they knew what Neith and Ra were going to say, then they'd go to the one that had the choice that they liked, as well.

Here's a question for everyone (and Lugh in particular stare ) how come you aren't in the RPs? Don't accuse me of spamming, this really was the best place that I found to put it.

I was gonna say because Neith threatened them all whereas Ra was more civil about it, but I do like your explanation. Makes everything seem more fair wink (I'm just being silly right now, don't worry) And, uhh, at first I didn't know this was supposed to be a trivia thing. I'm an idiot, and thought it was supposed to be some sort of "Dear Abbey" for the gods or something xd redface *is ashmed of this gaffe*

I remember a god or demon that appeared only during a total eclipse, or got it's power from it or something like that. But I can't quite remember. I'm sure there's a few any you know would help jog my memory I'm sure.

Khepri, that does sound firmiliar. But that's probably when I was obsessed with Egyptian mythology. (Such a shiny one it was, lot less violence, lot more sex xD) Thanks for your help Lugh if you find anymore though please tell me. smile I'm trying to find a specific myth that could've started the whole moon-based demons, like an evil or corrupted god/ess myth. (I.E. Werewolves, Undead, and other various demons/horrors)

I need some shiny to balance out the gritty, and vice-versa.

Yeah I wonder if they ever went blind with all the sun and gold and sand. I mean seriously that's like closing your eyes all day long then going outside after a blizzard and taping them open. That'd burn man~ And you have to wonder what they thought of STD's back then. xd
