xd Also, I'm not sure if this counts as bragging, but I'm super-duper excited about working on R&N lately. I really like the changes I've made to it and for the first time since forever I look forward to writing it. I know that'll probably fade once I get further in BUT STILL. I'm, you know, pumped and s**t.  Happy Frog face!

I'm actually writing s**t related to Dark Polaris. Yippie.
Related rather then the novels themselves because apparently Erin bores me now and my brain's all over the gay. *sigh* And I need to write her part seperately because Drazora's story starts sooner and it ends differently. And it apparently needs some art to make sense. And and and and ARRRRGH. DARK POLARIS YOU ARE NOT MAKING IT EASY FOR ME TO FINISH YOU. ;_;
In better news, I have Novelty, so once I get the characters and such drawn out (and get a tablet >_>) I should have the clean version of Ashen Wings in the works. Still need those paths better defined... damn me and my love of multiple endings.
That, and I have yet another new story to be fangirling over, and this one is SHORT (thank god, because it's a graphic novel) and will push my talent! Read: Will force me to draw men until I'm good at it.

Sooo... I've been looking at writing again and being like "hey, I should do that!" and... reading what I'd written in the last couple of years was painful. Especially that bit about Sherlock that I wrote oh, last month? Ouch.
But I went back and reworked him, and his plot (got some surprises there) and I'm pretty damn sure I can do better this time.

I finally downloaded a program called StoryBook and started to actually organize my two projects. It's an amazing program, really, and things are moving along much faster now that I've pulled a bit of motivation out of my arse. XD

I just finished chapter eight! And organized my outline (yet again). And made a discovery about the average number of scenes I normally put in a chapter. This will make things much easier in future. 3nodding
I may be feeling an overblown sense of accomplishment right now. I'm also indulging in a Ring Pop.
Edit: *reads backlog* Okay, why the hell did it take me four months to write this chapter? stare
Edit: Edit: Oh yeah, because since December I've only had one day a week when I could write, and I often miss that date with myself.

I finally finished chapter nine, which I've been neglecting ever since April. I just remembered I still have Ring Pops, though. Totally gonna have to dig those out when I get back to the house tomorrow and reward myself. 3nodding

I finally completed on making a story concept/plot that actually makes sense after two and a half years and seven notebooks.
All I have to do now is to write it.

My writing happiness comes from the single fact that I gave Dax a last name (he didn't have one before, poor boy). Now he is named... Dax Ersatz. Great.
