OK, I'm here to change the poll, been working long hours, but at least it's a little $$$ for the Christmas goodies.
She was very nice about it too. I'm glad it wasn't me!

Well Mexico was wonderful. It was 75 degrees, and not humid at all. Busy holiday, out visiting my family so much... oh how I miss them. All my cousins are under 11 (for the most part) and they all love me to pieces. I love playing with them and watching them grow up ^_^. We had a nice Christmas party with family, but no New Year one because I had to travel home -_-, we just had a small kinda dinner thing. ^_^ So I enjoyed it a lot heart How was your holiday season?
And no, the dragon says from Xellos ^_^ Lol It's called a dragogin technically razz lol My friend owns a shop, and you can buy them there or bump a lot and get it for free biggrin The site is on the front page of the guild, it says "Get your dragogins today!" If it's not there I can post it here for you ^_^

Great! I have been to Mexico like 3 times, once long ago on a cruise, nice area, forgot exactly where, but it was fun. Then a couple other times when I was ack home in CA and went down around Tijuana and went shopping on my own! love the folks, they get a kick out of my Italian - it is so similar to Spanish that we get by!
My daughter and I spent Christmas with a dear friend, her hubby is Jewish and doesn't celebrate Cristmas so we did it up to share with her! Fun and way too fast it was over! I have no close family left so it is usually just the two of us, so you know it was a blast!
New Year's we spent at a restaurant with friends who work there and got so tired! I could not drink since I drove! But had a glass of champagne when we returned home. Again, fun but over way too fast!
Glad you had a reat time, my cousins are all out in CA and Nevada, so I do not get to see them often. It is neat to have so many who love you and want you close! I know you enjoyed it!
Catch you later, and thanks, I'll look for the dragogins! They are relly cute!

Oh, and the reason I asked about Tellos is that there wsa a fun fantasy comic book series called Tellos and anything could happen there, including dragons.

That is wonderful! It's a shame you can't visit your family more often. Ours is so far away, we only go twice a year. It can be hard raising the money, so I can understand why you don't travel a lot. And ACK Tijuana is... ick. Not my select place to go to. Baja California is VERY pretty, but I'd drive further south on it if you want a real vacation. My aunt went there recently, she had a blast! ^_^

bumping right along ..
Yes, Tijuana can be pretty ick! lol
I would love to visit there more, but Alabama is so far away!
Where in Baja did your aunt go? It is a long peninsula....Though I have heard that Cabo san Lucas (?) is cool...
Yup trying to put $$ together for college is killing me, 9-11 wiped out so much of my life savings in the financial mess afterward, so here we !
There's a reason, I just may not know what it is in THIS life, lol! Family is soooo very important, but the ones that are still left have never tried to stay in touch, it has always been me, so...anyway, that's another story for another time!

Saving for money is quite hard -_- Are you parents still alive, because I'm sure they could help... if they haven't already. You just have to focus on working a job, and your studies. It's hard when you have kids though -_-

Sadly no, my father passed in 1974 at a yong age, and my mom passed in 1994, still too young!
Since I have already obtained my college degree and my master's, I agree, it is difficult. The $$ I am saving is for my daughter's college one day!
Thanks for caring! Gonna try to get my dragogins today, he's the one on the first page, he's blue and I am not ready to name him, haven't come up with anything as cool as warm wind. No specialty either, yet. Any ideas?
He is ice blue, so wonder - what is blue in Spanish? I forget!!! Woe is me!
