Hi, I'm Emerald_Jasmine. I'm an english major. When/if I grow up I want to be an editor of children's/young adult books. I joined this guild so I could discuss a YA series intelligently.
*I'm a Ravenclaw.
*I actually like every other character in the series more than Harry himself. (As literary figures, not as people)
*My favorite characters are Fred and George. One of my life's goals is being able to tell them apart. (Along with sending a bunch of slinkies down the steps of the Lincolon memorial)
*My favorite book so far is Goblet of Fire.
*I dislike the movies. I know some people like them, I'm not looking for fights. I just felt like I should say that.

This is Athal speaking from a country called "Sweden", a back and forth Harry Potter fan thanks to I don't have time to read the books many times.
18 years of walking/crawling/ranting/reading and lots of other things are in my CV.
I love to read books, but doesn't prefer any perticular now.
Started to read a book from Harlequin to deep-dive myself into the strange and mythologic abyss in eternity known as "A Woman's head". xd
Other things I do is playing video games(is addicted to Megaman battle network-games and Beyond good and evil.), reading walkthroughs, read manga/general comics, watching anime/any "decent" movie, writing fanfictions and a few more things.
And on top of that, squirm everytime a new Harry potter movie comes that destroys parts I wanted to be in the movie (is covering with fear what they could do with Luna Lovegood. eek )

Hello, monkeys! The name's Rei, speaking to you from the dull a** state of Maryland. Anyway, I love the Harry Potter books, the movies suck because they left out all this dialogue and important events. I am currently reading A Tale of Two Cities and Eldest of the Inheritance Trilogy.
Hmm, oh yeah. I'm one crazy girl! I spend my time talking/laughing/reading/bitching/talking/poking people/touching emo hair (I love it so much!) and blah.
I'm also an anime freak. I'm currently hooked on Naruto, and my favorite character is Hinata. She's so awesome! Anyway, I think that should be it...

Hello. I'm a 14 year old in high school (living in New Jersey, born in Illinois. NJ isn't as bad as you may think. Princton should be the capital). I love Harry Potter, and I hope I am not the only one who cried when Dumbledore died. I always knew I would be in Ravenclaw house, because I have always been amoung the smartest in my honors classes (they don't offer AP untill next year). I hope to discuss my off theories about Harry Potter and not bet slammed for them.
I also love anime. My current fixations are Naruto, IGPX, and Zatch Bell (I'm stuck with toonami, deal with it.)

Well, erm, hello. My name is Emilia. I love the Harry Potter series and the movies are okay too. My friends like to make fun of me because I like to relate lots of stuff to Harry Potter. Last summer I had a lot of fun counting down until the release of Half-Blood Prince, and I can't wait until the seventh book comes out! Luna is definately my favorite character.
I do like other books as well; I love fantasy and some science fiction. Pendragon, Redwall, The Chronicles of Narnia, and Abarat are some of my favorite series.
I suppose that is all there is to say about myself briefly. Farewell!

Greetings all, I'm Wenny, and yes, a Ravenclaw, who has a knack for comma splicing, in case you hadn't already noticed that.
Anyways.... I myself happen to find Peter Pettigrew to be one of the most interesting characters in the book, and much prefer the OLD School peeps more than Harry and Company. I'm quite fond of discussing and disecting characters, as well as talking about much other Hogwartian goodness. Yay introductions!

Hello, Aari here! (Yes, my parents really did name me that, and I'm pretty darn proud of it!) I've been obsessed with Harry Potter since the second grade. I write fan fiction (Very bad, as of right now) on Fanfiction.Net If you want to expose yourself to my writings, I've got only one that's actually got stuff on it (I'm editing my other two. My screenname is Traveler of the World.) I'm also a huge fan of RENT, Phantom of the Opera, Moulin Rouge, Mercedes Lackey and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit (EO FOREVER!)

Hello, I am Augustus. If you can't tell by my avatar, I am an avid Hufflepuff. I disagree with the statement that Ravenclaws are literate because they are smart, because I've met some pretty illiterate Ravenclaws... Or at least people who wrongly put themselves in Ravenclaw... drives me insane.
Well, I'm 18 years old, and have been addicted to Harry Potter for... a little over 6 years now. The boy I liked made me read them, even though I didn't want to. I'm glad I did.
