SGT Mind Master osena123 haha kugel got the rank i got at the END of last year. haha its crazy. last year people flew thru the ranks but this year is just BAD. yeah i hate that exspecialy when u work ur a** off and stay where u are (i aint complaining i preffer the position over the rank) and then they dont do anything but move up fast cus they are friends with someone or in one cadet's case i know so annoying they just give her the rank to shut her up i mea last year when i was a freshman i worked my butt off and by the end of the year i was a Sgt. First class. but this girl worked hard but got the rank i had half way thru the school year. but hey its really up to the AI and SAI if they allow it then by all means go for it but it will catch up to that cadet i'll say that much.

yeah thats true but half the time my AI and SAI are too distracted
and lol yeah wat position are u at now and wat are u goin for next?

i am current the S1 and i'm working towards being in charge of all the competition teams. hopefully commander of Special teams:]

Well that sucks.
The way we get promoted in my Battalion is through tests so almost every body in the same LET level has the same rank.
What's cool is that I'm the LET 1 with most ribbons and medals. I even have more than a lot of the LET 3s

shouldn't u be an officer if ur on staff?
thats the way it works in my battalion with staff comes officer andything elts u gotta fight for ur rank

that sucks our ranks dont come with grade we have tests for those who arnt friends with staff and the ones that are just get it when the papers are put in

man thats depressing to me haha.
i work my butt off and i get little. i got a friend whose the same grade as me but a 2nd leut. and she does less than me and shes only the colorguard commander....wanalee you know who. i think thats unfair:[

lol neither of ours even show up our AI is awsome he's a LTC and he's so laid back but helps out everywhere he can
but he trusts us he dosent come out and watch the meetings or our color gaurd practices he just chills in his office and checks up on us XD

haha our SAI tries to help TOO much. hes the one that kinda of hands out ranks and stuff. our AI just chills most of the time. He is probabl my fave since he is so chill.

correction i mixed up my AI with my SAI my SAI is the chilled LTC but our AI is a FSG who was a drill sargent so u can guess his attitude XD
