I'm not really a fan of yaoi so...
EdxWin would be my 2nd fav after Royai
SchieskaxFarman -- after that fateful day that they bumped into each other in ep 37, it was love.
Ran FanxHavoc?!?! -- erm, yeah, one of my strange fantasies but of course this will never happen.
GreedxRiza; HavocxRiza -- onesided of course. Riza loves only one man.
AlxSophie -- Sophie is that white haired girl in the 3rd FMA PS2 game. Al did seemed like he liked her very much and she connected with him in his love for animals.

I like Ed and Rose but I like a pairing that wasn't in the poll. . .
This is rather an odd one. . .
Riza/Maes.
(There's only two fanfics as far as I know involving them.)

Ed and Winry. I absolutely heart RoyxRiza, but if I had to pick a yaoi couple (which I'm not a big fan of) I'd have to say RoyxHavoc. domokun

I like the EdxWinry coupling, and though at first I never quite found RoyxRiza a wonderful OTP (maybe that's because I haven't read the manga enough yet), but finally, I am beginning to understand the liking towards the RoyxRiza relationship. Other than those, I can't really disagree with any other coupling. Some just seem plain weird and "wrong," but they can all be hot and amusing in their own ways, I'm sure.
I chose RoyxEd for the poll not necessarily because I like yaoi altogether; I have nothing against yaoi, but I don't exactly go out surfing for it either. With Roy and Ed, I don't care whether it's yaoi, whether Roy plays a parental role, or whether the bond goes no further than boss and subordinate or close allies, or even if they hate each other (or Ed hates Roy rather). It doesn't matter! I support Roy x Ed bonding, and that's the bottomline basis for my choosing the RoyxEd couple.
Although I feel awkward and skeptical towards the yaoi because I usually don't imagine the relatioship to reach any farther than very close allies and good friends (if not the parental role), but the yaoi can be very sweltering, a heck of a lot conspicuous and eye-catching.
But whatever. Anything with Roy in it, I'm there!

My serious pairings are: Roy/Riza, Falman/Sczieska, Ed/Winry, and Maes/Gracia.
As far as comedy pairings, I have been called a 'Sadist Roy/Barry the Chopper shipper'
Barry X Riza is cool though. It's almost up there with Royai... Because, of course, if Riza went out with Barry, that'd leave Roy open to me... -devious eyes-
