And messing with someone's entire life and making it believable, you need a lot of power to do that. Cas is pretty high up, but I doubt he has anything like the power that Zach does, I'll bet that Uriel didn't either.
Wonder what would have happened if it had been Zach who had taken on Ali.

True. Not only did they need a backstory but they had to have the educational skills to have the jobs they had. Although Dean didnt look like he did much but talk on the phone all day! lol
Was Zach trying to be funny with "Madison's" number reaching an animal hospital! rofl I laughed when Sam mentioned that!

I think Zach could have probably zapped Ali to oblivion!
Insomnia is a killer, my friend. I did finally get to sleep not long after that though.
Lol, I get what you mean about Dean and the phone, but to give them all the necessary skills, to change everything that the company would have needed to know so that when they looked it was all there, the house, everything, it was a lot to take into account.
