Oh, i've been pondering that :B
It starts when the poll has enough votes to decide.
number% of the members have voted basically.
n_n next:
deciding winners with be made on their participation, effort, and humor. :]
Not decided wether the person is liked or not, please.
I'll make it up to the person who is giving out the prize to choose I suppose.
But with some consideration, I want everyone to have a chance to win.
Also XD I want people to say they want to be the next one to hold the prize! And/or theme ideas.
And since I'm giving out the prize XD first, i'll participate, but (duh) not judge mehself :OO;
I think this covers it?
I'll start it soon ;3
