[You're jumping the gun.
You're suppose to get your weapon at random using the number generator and not just take a weapon of choice. (it's no longer listed anyway)
You're also suppose to move one zone at a time, not 2. Every time you move into a new zone, you need to roll the encounter dice.
You went two zones, so you're going to need to roll 2 dices.
According to the number generator, your new weapon is....
Smith & Wesson Chief's Special .38
