Yes, I believe all he said they couldn't appear in was mirrors. But yeah, cameras weren't mentioned much in the book.
About the mist/fog thing: I think it says a fog or mist. I'm thinking of the part where he visited Mina and sort of misted into the room. Um, Dracula is written in English. Are you reading it in a different language or something?
Anyway, trivia fact: werewolves can also turn into fog in some cultures.

Ultimate solution...Blame the preface! Those evil things written by "scholars" who at first act like they're going to praise it to no end, but then end up digging way too into it and claim that because fangs are shape like V's (as in the feminine symbol), and they are being inserted into something that Bram Stoker was bisexual! scream Even if he was (which he very well could have been), the concept of biting probably comes from every known type of predation mixed with the obvious basic physics lesson that, in order to penetrate something, it must be pointy!! >< Grrrr...and now apparently they throw in facts about the books that aren't true...Poor classic books that get overstudied and misinterpreted... crying

a[lunie]card Ohhhhhhhhhhh, okay. Wow, that like...makes a lot of sense...O.o <-- overwhelmed by the sense-making By the way, one thing that I must strongly oppose is their reaction to sunlight in Twilight...It makes them shiny...><...That's just not right... European Vampires (predominantly of the Dracul-species) were not allergic to sunlight until the film, Nosferatu. Hollywood needed an ending that differed enough from Stoker's book to avoid copyright suits, so they mde sunlight the great enemy. Beforehand, Sunlight only weakened a vampire's natural abilities.

Sometimes I think they do that just to annoy and/or throw people off. Why do they have to go all Freudian? I say leave it as is and let the reader decide.

this is a list of abilitys that alucard has (olthough their are probally more)
Immortality
Vast strength (limits are unknown, but Alucard can rip people apart "as if they were wet tissue paper")
Superhuman senses Flight
The ability to summon a giant, amorphous hellhound named Baskerville, and other creatures such as bats
Super speed
The ability to pass through solid objects
Manipulation of shadows into physical form (although vampires controlling
shadows isn't unheard of, the artwork sometimes makes it difficult to
distinguish between blood and shadows.)
Transformation (Alucard can transform himself or parts of himself into bats, insects, snakes, or a little girl)
Teleportation
Telekinesis
Telepathy
Mind Reading
Mind Control or Hypnosis (fans sometimes call it the 'sex beam' after a remark from Pip)
Regeneration (Alucard can regenerate any part of his body. He can even be reduced to paste and pull himself back together.)
Summoning the souls of those whose blood he has sucked (familiars) in a variety of forms that either sprout from his body or swarm about him as an army numbering in the thousands.
