Vaga thought he could get to like this new girl. She had a great sense of humor. Oddly he had felt like they were being watched for several days. Ever sense then night he had had that vision, but he had not felt the eyes on their backs that Sage pointed out. Maybe it was due to already feeling like he was being watched.

Following the others to the building he took up his usual rearguard position.

Blue decided to just stay with Carson, seeing how the group didn't really need her help. She sat down with her back to a wall and watched Carson come and sat down beside her. "Maybe we shouldn't have come Car, we're definitely out of place here...," she whispered to him. He looked to her and whimpered softly. From where he was sitting, he simply outstretched his tongue and licked her face. She laughed heartily as she exclaimed, "Eew Carson! Gross! You know I hate when you do that!" She played with the dog's ears as she laughed a little quieter, "You skinless bundle of fun." He was the only thing that brought her joy in that cold, depressing world. After all, they were all each other had.

She figured that at some point in her life, she loved dogs and probably owned a few, but without her memories, it was difficult for her to be sure. Sadness swept over her as she continued playing with his ears, "Why can't I remember anything Car? Why..." she whispered.

" heh you got it Sage."
Turning to the hard looking new girl he asked a favor" Hey Blue? You any good with those guns? Cedric is a hell of a shot and dam fine with bombs but it's hard to keep things from getting in close while he is saving us with one of his deadly little surprises. We get in a scrap just shoot any thing that gets past me.No worries bout hitting me; I'll forgive ya." That said he walked outside and jumped straight up. Catching a street lamp he swung onto the top of the building they were in to have a better view.

"I actually only have one pipe bomb left. I need to find more parts.... maybe there is something in the city.

The drone followed them from afar, but when they entered the building it was forced to go to the ground floor and move in closer than it would have liked. Still, it was decently far enough away to be unseen. It deactivated it's red eye since it was becoming night. After all it was only for looks anyway.

The master watched intently, trying to decide on what he should do. He liked to wait till the perfect opportunity, but preliminary scans showed that the group would not be destroyed easily. Perhaps a test of their full abilities was in order. From the faraway secret base the master ordered the deployment of aircraft to that position to carry troops there faster.

The three planes took off vertically and were almost completely silent, even though they were very fast. They also had no lights, further adding to the stealth. When they had reached Anaheim they opened their launch doors and each dropped a single pod down to the city, about a mile away from the targets were camped. When the assault units were away the aircraft turned around and left, except one, which was left to give aerial surveillance as well as pick up the target should they actually succeed.

Sage smiled,"I guess so then. What about jealousy is tht normal upon meeting a new female. Especially if she is around Cedric?"
