Rhina's silver eyes glanced at him. "Nothing." She said, "it doesn't involve you."

Seeah watched from the window, a smile on his face. She'sd open up soon enough, if he kept trying.

"I said it's nothing. The old man's just being senile." She said.

Seeah laughed quietly and turned back to her room, laying the box at the bottom of her bad then finishing her packing for her.

Rhina watched him, amused, then walked into the house, her black hair billowing behind her like smoke. Her silver eyes glanced around the room and found Seeah, walking into the room with her pack. "Here, you two should get going." He said, handing it to her. Rhina nodded and took the pack, shouldering it. She walked uot back. "Are you ready?" She asked Victor.

Rhina nodded then walked around to the front.

Seah stepped from the house, catching Victor by his arm. "Take care of her." He said. "And, she's not as tough as she plays it out. She may be immortal, but she needs someone to care for her. Maybe you can be the one to break through her shell." He said with a smile, then disappeared back inside.

Rhina nodded and with a wave to Seeah, she took off down the paved street through the town. At the doors, she stopped to speak with a guard. They opened the doors then she walked out, pulling her long black hair into a pony tail.

"Mermyiana."She said, referring to the ancient town that was said to have been reclaimed by the wild, and the demons. The land around them was dead. Dark red sand that spread as far as the eye can see. On the horizon the red sand met with the blue sky, dark storm clouds in the distance moving forward like an obsidian wall. Her silver eyes looked at them and frowned. "I hate rain." She muttered.

Rhina caught it and looked at him for a moment, then slipped it in. She left the hood down though as they walked. The sun was on it's way to the horizon, so there was only a few more hours of daytime left. She smiled at the thought. Bight would bring demons, would bring her life force. She just hoped that tonight there were more about then last night.
