I love Green Day. I have loved them ever since I was... seven. When "Dookie" cam e out. it was Longview that made me love them so much.
I also like:

The Who
Cream
The Clash
The Cure
Eric Clapton
Beastie boys
Bloodhound Gang
Dead Kenedys
AC/DC
Led Zeppelin (Of course)
Kaiser Chiefs
Jimmy Eat World
Brand New.
The last two are my special "depressy" bands. I lveo brand new at the moment, purely because of the lyrics "Every line is about who I don't want to write about anymore" he's got a great voice too.
I used to love Nirvana and stupidly carved Kurt into my hand. I was a screwed up kid really....

I enjoy Disturbed, Grieg, Rammstein, Nirvana, Metallica, Jimy Eat World, Derude... most music, really.
Oddly enough, I've found that certain songs seem to help during my depressive phases. 'A Praise Chorus' is among them.
Probably more oddly, Disturbed is my relaxing music.
I suppose I'm just odd.
