Shadda moved away from the shop swimming slowly along trying to find someone she could play with. Her black hair fell in her eyes making her stop to push it out of her blue eyes.

Albrecht seemed thoughtful for a moment, he then let out a big sigh. Glancing momentarily to the side he catches sight of a young Pearlaice. He blinks a bit and then stared at Saiko again, "I..." He began again. He wanted to tell her how he felt.
"I love you, Saiko. You are my best friend and ... I could think of no one better to be my mate. If you would like that is." A version of a blush crept upon his face making him seem darker if at all possible. "I feel a deep bond to you." He felt silly, and foolish. After all she could say no.

Shadda head tilted she turned hearing voices and paused not going near the strangers unsure if she should inturpt them.

She felt that it was the right time for her to tell him the truth aswell, ' Albrecht ... since the first moment I saw you when we were young, I knew we'd be friends ... we started hanging out and then when we had to part, I spent that whole time thinking about you ... missing you ... and it was then I realized ... I loved you ...' She paused a moment, ' And...' She looked into his eyes and smiled, ' I would love to be your mate ...'

Albrecht's eyes got a little wide at Saiko's own confession, but in the end he felt his heart would explode in happiness. He suddenly pulled her close to him and gave her kiss and a hug to go with it. He didn't want to let go, "You have made me ... So happy. My heart feels like it is singing." He gave off a laugh. "I cannot wait until everyone hears."

When Albrecht pulled Saiko into a hug and kissed her she felt herself turn bright red, if that's possible for how red she already was. She didn't want him to let go ... it felt ... right again, and she felt safe within his big, strong arms. She smiled, 'I never thought it was possible to be this happy!' She laughed, 'I wonder what the others'll say when we tell them! I know Sage and Saquani'll be super happy for me!'

He nodded, "I know Kabuto and Latis will be happy for me." He glanced over toward the distant Shadda for a moment, "Never seen that Pearlaice before. Want to go introduce ourselves?" He stared at Saiko, tilting his head slightly.

Saiko nodded, and grabbed his hand, 'Sure!' She smiled. Her mind was racing though ... About the future ... her future with Albrecht. She now had a mate ... and maybe a family in the future. A family ... at this thought she blushed deeply.

He smiled at her, and held onto her hand as she grabbed it, he gave her another quick kiss and began to move toward Shadda, slowly so as not to frighten the pearlaice off. "Hello there." Albrecht said as they approached. He was attempting at being friendly. Albrecht felt more confident now that he was near Saiko.

Saiko was still blushing deeply at that thought, 'Hello. I'm Saiko! And this is Albrecht.' She gave a kind smiled to the younger Pearlaice, 'I have a sister about your age.' She said out loud.

Shadda grinned happily. "I'm Shadda. I's a pleasure to met you." She swam in a little circle. "Really? I haven't met anyone here beside you. What your sister like?"

Saiko smiled, 'She's a real sweetie, and terribly playful. Her name's Saquani, and she's light blue with darker dots.' She smirked, 'Kind of hard to see her is she's swimming really fast. She kind of blends in with the water.' Saiko laughed.

Albrecht grinned listening to the two talk, "I have a little sister too. Her name is Latis. She's dark like me, just purple though. She is kind of full of herself sometimes...I'm sure you will meet others. "

Saiko smiled, ''Hey Albrecht, I think our sisters are friends! I remember Saquani telling me something about playing tag with a few of the Pearlaice her age.'' She cocked an eyebrow at Shadda''s question, ''From here, I thought all the Pearlaice were from the Kingdom.''
