[Ruling:
1) Genjutsu require some form of delivery method that effects at least one sense. Most require eye contact to force the illusion into the other's sight.
I will quote an earlier ruling from the Ashura vs. Sachi [Chuunin] Clan Tournament fight (located in the History Subforum in this guild):
Quote:
Ruling (to be deleted later): According to the Official Character Book written by Kishimoto Masashi, both Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill) and Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Skill) are E-rank (academy level) Ninjutsu.
Genjutsu is a technique which directly affects an opponent's senses. But since everyone not directly associated with a battle can see the clones or transformation from afar, they are Ninjutsu.
Since Catastrophic posted that even the crowd could see the illusions, the illusions are actually Ninjutsu clones ((Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)) instead of a Genjutsu. As such, no other aspect can be added as an additional, such as the switching vision with an audience member. I also do not believe it is possible to switch vision with another person using any jutsu. However, you could probably make it seem that his vision was somewhere else, assuming you can catch him in the eye.
2) Jin had to have summoned the axe before the battle, though had not posted the fact that it was a summon for the uninformed. "Tenka," the name of the weapon, is also a command word by what I can see. I would like to read something about channeling chakra through the axes or something similar in order to control them.
3) You both need to make sure that anything you do is documented enough so that we can understand what is going on. That includes explaining jutsus and their effects so those who are reading/judging can understand what is going on.]
