umm... they wouldn't have to go to the bathroom because all the blood they drink soaks up into their skin and muscles to make them stronger.

All right, this leads into a lot of stupid twi-loopholes. Where does all the blood go? Shouldn't it go into their bloodstream or something? And btw, peeing is controlled by the kidneys which are connected to the lymphatic system which filters out the blood.
So consequently, vampires would need blood to pee. And obviously, they would need to eat to poo. So tell me, where do you think all that blood goes?

stephenie meyer explained somewhere in her official webpage that vamps don't have to go to the bathroom or anything, thts y girl vamps dont get pregnant, & y rosalie is so mad....
she wants a baby!!
