A tiny ripple in the shadows upon the frozen street was the only indication that someone or thing was there. A soft chuckle arose from all around as a globe of the darkest night came from the darkness of the night.
"So what is the plan then? To survive or be just mere pawns in a greater scheme? For you all look like the latter not the fore to me..." Said a soft and melodious voice from the globe.
The globe of shadows suddenly began moving and rippling. Slowly it began to take form, at first indistinct but then rapidly forms and lines were soon easily made out. It looked much like black wings belonging to a raven, but then they unfurled showing a petite young looking lady.
Her body was slim seemingly only hidden by a little clothe, ranging from red to black. Her face, much like her body, was slim, but pronounced with dark red lips and piercing blue eyes.
She slowly landed upon the grand standing, her motions making not a sound.
She looked at the three standing in the cold. "Tell me what are you names? Where do you all hail from? And what pray tell, brings you to this city?" She said a small little smile on her crimson lips.
