Harou heard Pyroka's words. Not knowing the jutsu, he figure it best to hide himself from any attack he could throw. "He uses electric based jutsu's. . so this should work nicely till my eyes get better."
Harou put his hands together in two different hand seals. "Binshou sabure no jutsu!" He said as he took a knee, placing both his hands on the ground. The earth in a ten foot radius around him turned into quicksand. He sunk into the earth. The ground changed back all save for where he was. He dispelled his genjutsu at this point, since he still wasn't visible. He left a small hole for him to breathe out of as he waited for his eyes to recover. He could kinda make things out, but not enough to accurately attack Pyroka.

After the jutsu's effect had worn off Pyroka took a position in the tree's hiding and giving him time to work More on his injuries.
Ah Crap, I'm not sure I can win this one anymore my Right arm is basically useless, My backs sending pain through out my body, and the senbon got me in the leg. Hopefully it wasn't poisoned.

Harou's eye sight finally began to come back. "Damn. That was some light trick, hahaha." He thought to himself.
Harou smiled. He had come up with a plan. "Chakra blacksmith." He said to himself. He began drawing lines left and right, and every which way to create what he wanted to create. He came up out of the ground and jumped high into the air onto an over hanging tree branch. It was time to end this.
"Pyroka. Blade to blade. One of my kodachi's, against your swords. Here, I'll even throw one away to prove that I'll only unsheath one." He took out his right kodachi blade and toss it to the left. By chance it happened to land blade embedded into the ground. "What do you say pal? Blade to blade?" He waited for his opponents answer.

Pyroka came out from his tree covering holding two sheaths complete with swords in hand. "Now we're talking" Pyroka threw the swords off to the side of him and drew his sword. "You first pal"

Harou dropped down the other side of the branch. He bowed to Pyroka. " Sir, I give you the first move out of courtesy. Here." Harou drew his left kodachi and put his right hand behind his back. "I will make it a fair fight as well. One sword, one arm. "

Pyroka bowed to Harou showing his respect. He then began a circling motion around him jumping in for a stab, then a horizontal slash.

Harou was behind the spot where he went under the ground. His chakra blacksmith had helped him greatly this time. "A little closer. . .there!" He thought to himself. Harou fell backward, avoiding the first initial lunge.
((Let me explain. xD))
the chakra blacksmith technique of the ketushai allows the user to draw necissary equipment. Or anything really. The lines Harou had drawn while he was in the ground were just under the, what was quick sand, and was now soft dirt since it softened it up from the jutsu. It was a net. And the net stayed attatched to his finger as he jumped onto the branch. Harou had jumped down the OTHER side of the branch, to finish the trap.
Using his left kodachi he smacked Pyroka's sword very hard upward. the metallic clash made his sword rattle and fall out of his hand from pain, likewise hopefully with Pyroka's. Harou fell back as Pyroka was directly over the trap he had set as well. He brought his right hand out as he fell and he quickly jerked it on the rope. This would entangle Pyroka in the net as it came up. Since he was lunging at Harou, the chances of dodging were extremely unlikely. While on the ground, Harou put his feet in the ground and began pulling the net higher, While Pyroka would be entrapped.
The difference between this net and a normal net is small, but very effective. Since Harou's element was earth, he molding his chakra with the earth surounding the net. It was a net made of mud, dirt, and chakra. All packed together. Pyroka's lightning jutsu would be useless while trapped in the net.

Pyroka was trapped in the net of earth. "Oh very clever trick me into falling into your trap. Extremely intelligent, but you forgot one thing. Rock is hard but it can still break"
Pyroka began fighting his way out of the net kicking at any line he could reach. he also grabbed a kunai from his belt and began cutting his way out. The bottom eventually gave way and Pyroka landed on the ground, face first.

((O_O I said it was rope. And that my chakra was holding the rock to it. And it's mud, and dirt technically as i recall I specified. So it'd be more flexible. xD You can shake, rattle, and roll the mud off though. xD ))

(If it's rope There's still a chance of being cut through, my shaking may have at least done something maybe it didn't break through the rope but it could of done a number of things)

Harou laughed. "Good, good." Harou picked up his sword with his left hand and put his right hand behind his back. "Had to give my little trap a shot. After all, I went through all that trouble setting it up." Harou pointed his sword at Pyroka, elbow bent slightly. "Then our sword fight shall proceed as planned."

Pyroka lifted himself up, grabbed his sword and went to a defensive stance. "It seems it shall" Pyroka's sword sprung to life as his chakra began to flow through it "You first"

"Hmmm. . .something weird with his sword. Sseems as though a little bit of his chakra is flowing through it. . ? After all that chakra wasted on his electrical techniques, he can't be THAT charged. Right? Alright, good. So that's all I need to do." He said to himself as he stood there waiting. Taking his kodachi in his left hand, he slashed on a downward angle onto Pyroka's right shoulder.

Pyroka moved just slightly to the left to avoid the sword, then spun his body swinging his sword in a N pattern, blocking any possible sidestep.

Harou stepped back with both feet, left foot forward, and struck downward with his sword in his left hand, on an angle toward the right side of Pyroka's neck.
