I would suggest not getting rid of the Chunnin exam threads
1. Cuz ruhler work dam hard on those and if she comes back and finds there gone, she will be upset.
2.because there a unique way of running the Chunnin exams that work very well.
3.They can determine who is a noob and oh isnt..
EDIT:
Oh and when deleting things, you shoudnt really delete them, you should move them to one of the recycling bins

How about a scroll shop, or library to learn new jutsus at, some simple jutsu can be in the genin section, and The chuunin's more advanced jutsus in there section and so on.

How about we change the name of "Konoha's Jutsu Archives" to "The Library"? i think it's more pleasant to here...

i don't think that would work... it sounds too much like shelves of books. archives sounds more like documents for jutsu.
