"There is really no need to yell, my lord. I was just wondering if Chronos could accompany me to the newly found ruins. Do you mind, it is awfully rude to leave a lady standing on the cold and forbidding steps," Amber said haughtily, mimicking the attitude of her lady-in-waiting, which formed a strong aura of nobility about the girl.

i wonder what can i do today... i helped my mom garden..., my neighbor kill the pig... GOD i have BORING LIFE!

*packs up* my mom said i gotta move out some day... i guess this is what she ment.
*walks out of house* well note will cover up the suprize to my mom, i will
be lookin for some fun...

The wolf's master glared at the girl. "No, Chrono will not be going with you. He had disobeyed me for the last time so now he will be staying by me at all times and will not be leaving this house," he added, turning to glare at Chronos.
Chronos slunk back over to his master, crouching low to the ground near the man's feet with his tail still tucked between his legs. His ears flattened against his head as Chronos felt the glare coming from his master.

"How has he disobeyed you? He could not deny a request from a lady, let a alone a noble. And I could make it worth your while," Amber spat, glaring venomously at Chronos' master. She reached into her pouch, taking out a handful of gems.
"How about I take your wolf off your hands forever?"

"Ha! And entrust him to a girl that would someday set him free, yeah right," the man said, pushing the girl's hand away. "And I have plenty of jewels to last me the rest of my life. Come Chrono, we have things to attend to," he said, turning his back on Amber.

ok.. first place i might wanna visit is armory down in northern Begnion.
I came out to stop do works... but this time im gettin payed anyways..
so he asked to me to buy the elixer.... and he will pay me 4000gold...
should i just run with this 3k? or do quest and get 1 more k of gold..?

what the heck. ill do the quest. besides.. i heard Begnion is fun place.
now i see border down there... now show my passport...

Chronos looked back at the girl as he was pulled into the mansion by his collar.
After the door was shut, his master dragged the white wolf down the hall to the last room, throwing him in. The room was dark, but Chronos knew it well enough to know where he was. As the lights flicked on, the wolf shifted, looking around the room that was used to punish him when he didn't obey. "You know where to go," his master said blankly, pulling a few things off the wall from their respective hooks.
Chronos pulled off his cloak, hanging on the coat rack near the door, walking over to the far wall.
"Are you ready Chronos? Are you ready for the consequences that come with disobeying me?"

hmm... she looks very sad and mad... not what i heard of this place...

*walk in to armory and buy elixer and head out to gate*

Bly had moved from the ruins to the large city; the ruins were buzzing with activity, Beorc were flooding the area faster than flies to feces. He was getting a mild headache from the noise, so moving was in all of their best interests.
In the city, Bly happened upon a young woman dressed in orange, a glum look plastered on her face. He sighed; he chose to see what was wrong, better do something than be bored, right? "What's wrong?" He half barked, half asked. He was standing besides her, his hands in the pockets of his coat, his gaze was focused at the sky.

Being the naturally curious and oo-look-I-want-to-climb-on-it type of person she was, Art was having more fun than she'd expected to have a the ruins when a Dragon flew over.
She gaped at it, but it vanished from sight before too long and while walking in its general direction she was distracted by a door.
he one thing in the whole place that was in perfect condition. Unfortunatly, its multiple locks were ALSO alive and well.
Art reached forward to touch it curiously and was sparked. Actually, sparked was the wrong word. It was more like strong shock, enough to get her to let go and decide not to touch the door anymore.
Even she was smart enough to know what SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHED.

Amber sniffled, and oddly she had an urge to hug this stranger. It was mostly because he was nice enough to talk to her, and because Amber loves hugging people. Her philosophy is that if you don't get a minimum of three hugs a day then you will certainly fall apart. The young noble looked up at his face, finding a bit off comfort in his manner.
"Well, today I met my first laguz, and he was just the kindest creature in the world. But he has a master who is just the spawn of the devil! I really wanted to see the ruins with the wolf, and I was also willing to buy him. Of course I would have set him free afterward!" Amber bawled.

"The laguz is a slave?" Bly felt his anger flow down his spine and into his body. "Come, show me where the slave resides. We'll set him free and make an example of the owner..." He growled, watching the girl with weary eyes.

Amber stomped the ground roughly with her foot, sending up a barrier of fire around herself and the stranger.
"No! I will not allow you to rashly march in there on impulse! That isn't the best way to deal with society. What we need is a plan. If you just randomly waltz in there tearing up the place there will definitely be a huge sum on all of our heads. And I won't look good on wanted posters!" the short teen thundered. Each word sent the barrier higher as the heat also increased.

"Then stay here. I'll do it, i'll save him." Bly growled, glaring at the teen. "Don't worry, there won't be anyone left to report me..." He said, shifting into his dragon form.
