How about a new form of torture; you lock someone in a room, and give them only yoghurt, but with each successive day there is less yoghurt and more of that watery stuff that sits on the top, until eventually they are just getting a pot of that crap a day.

Well...you could make the yoghurt just for afters...nothing worse than a pot of yoghurt water to round off a meal.
