We have a really active theatre and music department, so they need costumes for all sorts of things. I think last year they did a musical, an opera, and two plays. Wow that is a lot!

The costuming for this year's musical is going to require over 170 costumes. So... I went for an interview this morning and the guy was very, very impressed with my knowledge of sewing machines and of sewing in general. He said it helped that I know how to piece quilts because of all the seams and such that it requires. He'd love to hire me but he's got to compare me to another girl that he interviewed. I should look for an email this evening or tomorrow morning.

I had an art class today and got complemnt too, the other student (in my art class) told me i am really good.

Some friends of mine are starting a Star Wars RPG and everyone wanted me to join. It sounds like fun, so I'm in... My boyfriend and I were looking at a book last night about what races are playable and I had jokingly mentioned wanting to be an Ewok in one of our classes.
Turns out that Ewoks are a playable race.
I will start out with a spear, a leather backpack, and a collection of shiney objects. My objective is to find a neverending supply of fun things to play with.
