Just simple jutsus. You'll see the purpose of that question soon enough.
First we'll start with Subsitution Jutsu. *grabs a log, does handsigns, puff of smoke appears, takes out kunai, stabs self, puff of smoke reappears revealing log, and reappears* Now you.
