He smiled. Looking down at the face, his mouth widened into a broad grin. It seemed to be pleasent but felt like it was hiding a darker nature. "Yes it is rather amusing. I don't suppose that you'll just get up and go will you?" He could feel the hatered and intenet behind the thing, more so becuase of his ability. She couldn't see it but two of the strings had already begun to wrap around the hand, but they semed to go furthr then just the physical, it was wrapping around the demon's hand, even hidden behind it's host. "Of course you won't" He matched her malevalance, the grin becoming more and more obvious as the strings began to move down her arm, cutting into the demonic soul, leaving the flesh alone. He knew he couldn't keep this up for long, the amount of mental energy he had to extoll in order to control the strings was harsh, but he refused to show it. He hoped she would retreat soon.

Terina winced in pain as a thin line of blood escaped her lips, the only proof that the demon was being hurt by the strings. "Fool of an Angelus... just wait till I awaken....you will regret your actions." she said, but their was obviouse weakness in her voice, and the glow in her eyes was fadeing in and out.
From within, something was slowly snapping. Terina could not control this form at all in her curretn state, nor did she truely know what she was doing. There was damage within her, none the less, but the demon was refusing to back down in the face of a threat from an Angelus.

Kaelyn barely looked up from her Blackberry Curve as she smoothly exited her Lincoln town car, not even acknowledging her chauffer who, after opening the door and closing the door for his employer, followed after her with an umbrella. While it really wasn’t necessary, the polluted drops had a way of avoiding the angel, but it did help to keep up appearances. Not that people who were stopping and staring would have noticed if she hadn’t been under the safety of an umbrella. They would instead be taking in her smart appearance, designer suit, stylish shoes, and long blonde hair. Humans had a knack focusing on her overall appearance rather than noticing small inconstancies with her form. Not one of the gaping individuals seemed to take notice of the fact that, despite striding through the wet courtyard, her shoes and pantyhose where remarkably dry and that the humidity in the air did nothing to ruin the silken appearance of her hair. With a smirk, the angel continued to survey the crowd from the corner of her eye as she headed towards the entrance of the main building, enjoying the attention she was getting. The President of the University was waiting for her in the entrance way, the doors already wide open for Kaelyn’s arrival. The moment she stepped through the door he stepped forward, a wide smile as he greeted her. “Ms. Lucien, it’s a pleasure to see you again. So soon after the opening of the new wing,” the man schmoozed, attentively watching as Kaelyn slipped her electronic into her bag. “I may be awhile,” the blonde murmured to her driver, indicating that he should wait for her in the car, before turning to smile at the balding man before her. It wasn’t hard to imagine why the President of the prestigious University was looking expectantly at the blonde angel. Under her current alias, she had given a sizable donation for the construction of a new wing: a wing for the Theological and Religious Studies department, something that she found deliciously ironic. Obviously the man was here to insure that there would be a possibility of another generous donation. She was clearly in a position of power right now, Kaelyn’s smile widened a bit at this thought. “I thought we might talk a bit of business Mr. Asano.” “Of course, of course,” President Asano’s eyes lit up, hopeful, as he gestured down one of the corridors that led to his offices. “What type of business would we be discussing?” “A program of sorts,” Kaelyn murmured blue-grey eyes drifting from the man ahead of her to the students milling about, clearly amused to see the president prostrating himself for the elegantly dressed blonde. This age, young adulthood, was truly… prodigious. It was when these no-longer-teenagers were beginning to branch out from the shelter of their homes, that they were most prone to outside… guidance. In her long life, Kaelyn had found that these years were the best years to mold someone to fit her needs. Young adults are so ready to start their life, to be independent, away from their smothering parents that they often took guidance from a mildly older advisor. One who was already a success story. Kaelyn could be their connection to that success. It would take very little effort to create them into the pawns that she needed. The world was constantly changing, while she had the advantage of time and experience, it didn’t hurt to establish connections of followers to help insure that she stayed successful. Especially with that… that… demon always out to… to… Kaelyn stopped, her anger flaring up. President Asano stopped as well, attuned to benefactor’s sudden halt. “Are you alright?” The angel’s eyes darted to the president’s face, her eyes reassuring, no longer any trace of anger on her face but a smile. She again began to walk, the balding man quickly joined her listening intently as she spoke, “Forgive me, I was thinking about my idea. As I was saying: a program. Something that would give your students to get a boost in the corporate world. It would be like an internship, or like a mentoring program.” They were almost to his office when Kaelyn suddenly she felt something familiar buzzing in the back of mind. A presence she knew and another that made her blood begin to boil. Careful not to let her anger enter her voice or mar her smile, the angel continued on past the nurse’s office into the President’s suite of offices to finish discussing her “vision for the students”. She had priorities at the moment.

"How about this then, I'll let you go for now, with out any long lasting damamge and you sit inside your nice little meat shell for the rest of the day?" He knew he couldn't hold the strings much longer and it seemed that the demon didn't want to suffer them to much longer either.
His eyes flicked up. He saw them pass, the persidant and the angel. He knew she would of felt the demonic presence, he could feel the anger and hatred roiling through her. What the hell? I thought most angel's were male? Snuffing out his confusion turned his attention back to Terina's little friend. "Deal?" Weather she agreed or not didn't matter to much, he could feel the strings receeded. Keeping control of his demener he tried to play it off as if it was his way of 'strong arming' her into the deal. Just before they were completely away from the spirit he added a pulse, trying to force the demon away. "Behave now."

The demon was about to protest even more, but she was already weakened. Not to mention the energy of a strong angelus almost demanded that she retreat. After all this young one was not fully awakened to her powers, in fact she couldnt even remeber what happened to her while in demon form just yet.
Then, as if the words casted a spell Terina collapsed as he said 'behave now'.

He breathed a sigh of relief. Finally the nurse showed up and seemed to be interested in the two students in her office. Placing her on the table he answered her question. "We were in science and she left early due to a headache, I pasted her in the hall a momant ago and she looked ready to faint. She pased out shortly after that." He watched for a moment then saying, "I need to go to my next class." Leaving he said a polite farewell. He knew he could lessen the pain when she woke up if he wasn't around.
Once in the hall he walked in the opposite direction of his next class. He needed a walk, and now that he was alone he allowed the stress and weariness to flow. He was able to push her back that time but she was young and would learn quickly...

Even from where she sat, yards away in the plush office of President Asano, Kaelyn could feel the tension of the encounter between the younger demon and angelus. Then, suddenly, she felt both presences diminish greatly. While they were both still there, the demonic pulse seemed fainter, almost as if it was hidden and the presence of the angel seemed exhausted. Kaelyn’s face betrayed none of intensity to which she was applying to the beings rooms over. The blonde had, over time, perfected the art of keeping her face decidedly pleasant, even when there was something bothering her. She was currently using this talent as she listened to the balding man that sat behind the large mahogany desk babbling on about the generosity of her mentoring program. She knew it was so undeniably appealing that she would be able to set up office on the campus, what she didn’t need was President Asano reiterating the benefits she had just told him. This was especially true when paired with the fact that part of reason that she was doing this “program” was because of individuals that she had sensed in (what she could assume by the sign hanging outside the door) the nurse’s office. Still, pleasantries needed to be addressed. The mentoring program needed to begin immediately, and President Asano seemed to agree with the blonde socialite. It was decided between the two, or rather by Kaelyn, that it would be located in the Campus Quad, the student social center. The reasoning that the blonde angelus gave for this location was because it would be “less imposing for students to stop in when they were hanging out on the grassy knoll or passing by to the coffee shop.” This was only half the reason, but it sounded true enough for the president. Since it would be in a social atmosphere, it would be easier for Kaelyn to earn the trust of the students. She wasn’t there to judge them or grade them like the professors, but to "help them"… help her. ~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~ The specifics finished President Asano escorted Kaelyn through the campus to where the mentoring program would be located, the angelus having wanted to actually survey the space. As she stood inside the empty foyer of the building, she knew it was a perfect place to set up shop. It had previously been used by the campus as a second hand bookstore. As the student body had grown, the second hand store needed to as well and had relocated to a larger space. The windows took up the entire wall facing the Quad; when it had been a store they had been used to promote sales, but now it would also give an excellent view into the mentor center and help spark curiosity among the students. As Kaelyn further investigated the building, she found the second floor equally ideal. It had previously been used for storage, but it could easily be divided and used to provide one-on-one counseling for less-than-extraordinary individuals that would no doubt be attracted. Kaelyn could have a few mid-level employees transferred from her publishing firm to act as counselors for the common student body member who wandered in. There was also an employee’s lounge and office that could be converted into Kaelyn’s offices. Once decorated, it would be a rather exquisite place to do business. “This will do nicely,” The blonde said as she walked back down the stairs, waiting by the door as President Asano fumbled to open the umbrella to walk her out, “I’ll have a decorator and some contractors over tomorrow to begin remodeling. The sooner we get this center up and running, the better.” “Yes, o-of course. That’s what I was thinking,” The president stuttered, eager to allow the wealthy socialite to set up shop. He was very pleased that she seemed happy with the available space. Quickening his pace to make sure that he was in stride with the socialite and keeping the umbrella over her soft blonde curls he continued with a slight blush, “Would you care to join me for lunch? It’s already late in the afternoon” “I would love too,” Kaelyn responded with a slight smile on her full lips, not even slightly taken aback by the offer. She had grown quite used to men offering her meals, gifts, and favors. She would have been slighted if he hadn’t offered. Besides, she wanted to stay on campus a bit longer anyway and needed an excuse. She followed his lead as he headed to a nice café along the edge of the Quad.

He felt the Angelus and the President again. The president was... well like most men it seemed, he was tripping over himself in what Cyrus felt was a mixture of emense happiness and hopefullyness. The Angel on the other hand he noted, was putting on a rather polite resolve. He smiled. It seemed that he wasn't the only angelus that had to act in this way a lot...
Feeling them coming closer he decided to make himself scarce, seeings as how almost the entire school was suppose to be in one class or another at the moment. Turning he felt two other emotions hit him. Wonderful... more people... seems I'm trapped... Glacning around he did a quick pulse to see how far away the people around him were. He was lucky. He was in a blind spot.
Taking a breath he allowed the light to flood through him. Releashing the carefully laid bonds on his wings he felt them emerge, only ghosts of what they really were, but that was enough to give him the surge he needed, reaching up he let the strings fly out of his finger tips, already rebinding the wings, he only needed a short little boost. They attacted to the roof's ledge and quickly pulled him up, helped by a last push by his disappearing wings.
Ducking behind the ledge he sighed. No one had seen him. He knew that the angels and demons around would feel it but he wasn't to worried about that. Looking back it was kind of a stupid thing to do, he could of made up some excuse for the president, he doubted tha the would want to look strick in front of the Angelus... Oh well... What was done was done, and now, closing his eyes he would rest through his next class...

Feeling a surge in angelus energy, Terina awoke in the nurses office with a start. She looked around confused, though her demon energy was too weak to cause her any more trouble.
The nurse had now cornered her, seeing that she was awake. So began the long list of question "Have you eaten anything? are you dieting? Are you always prone to these spells....". So the questions lagged on and on, but terina was already use to them. it happened so often she just answered with a simple shake of her head yes or no.
A few minutes later she was released with a note from the nurse to go seek further medical advice. She sighed and walked out the office crumpeling the paper and throwing it into the trash.

Yawning he opened his eyes. He had been sleeping in the rain for who knows how long. Wonderful... Getting up and streching he looke at his watch. Well now... I might actaully be able to make my last class! Even in his mind the idea was sarcastic. Sending out another pulse he felt no one near. Letting the ghost wings go he stood up on the ledge. He was odd for an Angelus, having thought about a suicide this way, turning he stepped off, his back falling to earth. Half way down he turned, letting the wings open so that he could drift down.
Sighing he focused too allow the rebonding to accoure. Now he was like ever other teenager. The thought made him shiver. Walking to where his next class would be he was thinking about why it was for the last few centauries he had been sent -exiled more like- down here.
'To learn about humans... maybe then you'll care.' He said mentally quoting his Master. He wasn't one of those that regretted not runing while they could, If one really wanted to they could always turn, he simply did not like these things these people.
Letting the book bag fall he laid down on a unsheltered bench. He felt that girl, Terina His memory corrected. Watching the droplets rain he sighed. This punishment would never be over

While reading through his book, Rex felt several paranormal feelings. He felt a demon somewhere on campus, along with another angelus. Their powers both had a small surge, perhaps they were fighting. Then, there was another presence he could feel, but it felt masked and he could not tell if it was just another normal human or something more. He gave a sigh and looked at his watch. Because of the time, he realized that the classes would be switching to the next period soon, which is why he heard people packing up their things. He sighed and closed the book, putting it back into his ALICE pack. He stood up, slung the backpack onto his shoulders and headed for the cafeteria, lunch was next.

feeling her stomach grumble Nikeita packed her book up and got up. she zipped up her bag which was a black shoulder sling with a silver cresant moon in the corner surrounded by several stars. without realizing it she followed the boy from the library. once she figured out he too was going to the lunch room she walked up beside him and decided to speak. "get bored of the bible?" she asked jokingly. she hoped she didnt just insult him, first impression..some rude girl who had no clue who or what she was...yea that would be her luck

Terina looked at her watched. She had missed a class, not that she truely cared. Instead she turned towards the lunch room. She fished in her pocket for some change, hopeing there was a vending machine she could just get a simple tea drink from.
Tea always seemed to slow and relax her after a dizzy spell. She sighed slightly as she looked at the options on the machine menu.

"So," he said from his bench, still lying down, "Are you feeling better?" He didn't want to get closer in the fear that she might have anothe head ache, though he doubte dit. He was still wondering if the devil would try to twist her image of him to keep her away.
