Shins time for feeding finally arrives and Shin stands outside of the shadow village during the night. No one notices him because of his advanced jutsus. He quickly scans the area and in a fishing like manner sends his shadow and captures a guy that looks like a person to be a killer. He grabs the character and forces him to walk towards the Mizu country. Shin sends both his shadow clone and his victim. Shin laughs and quickly heads to the particular area that he had scanned out. Shin pulls out his shiabi(dont remeber what we agreed on for the soul sword.). Shin enters the village quietly and quickly makes the death count go up. This night he kills 30 people and his soul curse is more then satisfied. Shin releases his shadow clone and finds out that the guy had killed about 15 guys and scratched the kage and made it out but was damaged quiet badly. "Well i think i put a nice bend towards that guy." Shin laughs and returns home feeling better and able to do more.

Shin sees the squad coming for his village and quickly flashsteps in front of them and drops his weapons infront of them and quickly begins to defend himself from them attacking. He uses a dragon plam and uses the chakra to blow them back but not induce any damage. "Sorry i cannot allow you any closer. This village is only for run aways and with you headbands the way they are you are not allowed to enter. I believe im the one your looking for." Shin stops and points towards his weapons which laid on the ground. "I dont want to fight." Shin pulls his headband over his eyes to further ensure that he didnt want to fight. He begins to see inverted images of the squad. "Its amazing that you came all this way from tracking light energy. That is a tricky feat." Shin begins to study Hateshi's eyes. Shin walks up to Hateshi. "So this is the eye of the Hashi that is said to be on the brink of exstinction. You are one lucky ninja. My sensei told me about it and told me what great power it gave him when he had obtained it even for a moment." Shin backs off giving them space and making sure that there is no tension between them. "I am Shin Himora of the Seterusu village or if you want to say the New Shadow village. So what is it that you need?"

Hateshi gives the stand down signal to his squad mates then speaks to Shin, "Actually that method of tracking is less reliable. Tracking traces of Himoto (Light Element) could lead me the wrong way. I traced your energy signature, which all living things give off." He pauses scanning the area for threats, "I don't believe in luck. As far as I can tell I'm the unluckiest naka'a alive." He pauses then adds, "And you can't 'gain' Issekigan unless your born with it... or unless your sensei was experiencing Kaisuu, which is a jutsu we use to connect all comrades minds together."

He pausese again then sighs, "Well I've scanned the area and you haven't made an attempt to assault us. I, Kuraichi Hateshi open negotiations. You are a Class 1 BAN, wanted in several countries. I was given a kill order meaning I shouldn't even be negotiating with you right now. I'm giving you the option to turn yourself in for your crimes. You will be subject to law and have a trial to a jury if you accept. If you deny this option then we will have to kill you as per mission order. As with any negotiation you are free to suggest any ideas."

Hateshi analyzes him, [He's not lying.] "Well if you need the help of the Mokuzai, we can ask them to help you. If you haven't noticed, Kichiro above to my left is a Mokuzai." He nods in Kichiro's direction and Kichiro shows himself. Hateshi continues, "I believe the best solution with the least amount of people dying would be to kill you... but I don't follow those kind of rules."

"So yeah. We can get the Mokuzai to try to help you out. They're highly experienced with stuff like this. They may even be able to remove that curse... but I doubt it." He remembers Katashi, "He helped us take down Kiu. Yeah I met him. I don't know much about him other than that he was strong enough to hold Kiu until I could launch the finishing blow."

He tries to remember something, "By Kumojou law, I grant you amnesty. I am now your BAN Officer until this mess is cleaned up. If you have any problems just point whoever it is to me or the Kiosa. The other ninja countries aren't allowed to do anything to you now. In order to keep this deal in effect you have to take missions in which you have to kill the target. You can't keep continuing to kill people like this." Remembering the Simulation Exam, "Over the past couple of years, I killed a lot of people who were just trying to survive. I don't look forward to doing it again."

Hateshi laughs, "The Kiosa will flip when he sees me bringing you directly to him. I'm on the border of treason but this isn't the first time I've walked a very thin line." Hateshi scouts ahead first, "Looks like those Water URA are too slow." He giggles and gives the signal to head out.

As they head towards the closest town for public transport, Hateshi thinks about what Shin said, [An ancient artifact like a mirror...] He knows he's heard of one before, [Wait... is he looking for the Muteki Shield? That's a Sacred Treasure. I doubt anyone knows where it is.]

After taking the subway, they head to the Kiosa's office. They walk up the stairs and to the hall seeing that URA wasn't there. Hateshi stops, "Hmm... I wonder where he is..." He looks out the window scanning the area trying to find him. Suddenly he notices something, [Wait a second... nearby ryoku?] He starts switching to different Issekigan levels rapidly then notices, "What the hell are you doing here?" Nisemono shows himself, "Wow you have becomed quite skilled. You managed to get around my jutsu." He shows himself to everyone else, "The Kiosa was discussing something with me... but I see that you brought an unauthorized guest from the looks of it." Hateshi tells him, "I set up a deal." Nisemono looks at Shin for a second, "As a Head of Security I can't allow such a threat anywhere near the Kiosa." Hateshi argues with him, "You don't work for him." Nisemono reminds him, "I'm in the middle of advising him." Hateshi thinks for a second, [If Nisemono stops us we have a problem. There's no way we'll be able to take him. He can just go invisible and take us down in a few seconds.]

The Kiosa yells from within the room, "Hey are you still there?" Nisemono tells him, "We have intruders." URA appears out of nowhere as he says, "You have 3 seconds to get the threat out of here before I have to dispose of all of you." The Kiosa walks out of the room, "Oh God. Nisemono calm down. Hateshi... is that.." Hateshi nods, "This is the killer. The situation is complicated. I need to talk to you." He looks around noticing Nisemono is gone, [Great he's gone.] The Kiosa wonders, "How does he do that?" Hateshi answers, "He's Master of the Senses. He probably uses Nouhenkou, which would remove any disadvantages of using Kanjutsu." The Kiosa says, "Well if you set up a deal or whatever with this guy then go ahead. I don't have time to discuss it." Hateshi was surprised, "Just like that?" Kiosa laughs, "You're a Kuraichi. I expect nothing less than what Kousha was. I have more important business to deal with right now." Hateshi bows, "I'll talk to you later then."

Hateshi giggles, "No I don't plan on bossing you around that long. We're going to the Mokuzai Forest immediately." He remembers, "Don't get surprised when the forest starts attacking us. That's normal. Actually... we have Kichiro with us... Do you know how to allow others in the forest yet?" Kichiro shrugs. Hateshi thinks, "Nevermind." As they leave Nisemono looks out the window, [The only way you could've detected us is if you're capable of using level 0... but how did you know to flicker levels like that?]

They arrive just outside the forest. Hateshi tries calling them, "Hello?!" After no one answers he goes in, "Uh... since you said using ryoku makes it go faster just stay here for a second." He and his squad charge in there, [Where are the guards when you need them?] Suddenly a vine comes down on top of Hateshi who flash steps to the side dodging it, [I hope we don't have to keep this up that long.] Suddenly the forest stops attacking him. Hateshi looks around, "What the...?" He sees Kichiro just walking up and the vines going away, "Oh good." He follows Kichiro while looking for the guards.

After a minute he hears someone, "What are you guys doing here?" Hateshi looks up and sees someone holding a huge a** sword, "I need the Medical Branch." The guard looks at them, "Why?" He notices Kichiro, "Hey. Who are you? I haven't seen you around here before." Kichiro tells him because he was stuck on an island for 3 years. The guard remembers, "Oh that's right! That new exam thing. Not many people survived right?" Hateshi says as a matter of fact, "Less than 5% made it." The guard was amazed, "Wow! That many? That's like... almost a thousand people killed." Hateshi nods, "973 to be exact." The guard grins, "You kept count?" Hateshi looks away, "I was there to see everyone of them." The guard tells them to come, "Here I'll take you there." Hateshi flash steps away and brings Shin, "We're good to go." The guard asks, "Who's that?" Hateshi says obviously, "The guy we're helping out."

As they head for the medics the guard wonders, "What kind of help do you need anyway?"

A woman approaches them, "Hi. You guys need help?" The guard tells her, "No. I just let them in for the heck of it." She giggles and the guard leaves smiling. The woman asks, "So what's up?" Shin is about to explain then a hardened old man around his 40s appears, "Who let him in?" Hateshi tries to calm him down, "One of the guard's..." The old man cuts him off, "That *thing* isn't allowed here. I'm surprised the forest even allowed this." Suddenly he sees Kichiro, "Oh I see you had a pass." Hateshi isn't sure what to say, "Well... he has this condition."

The old man giggles, "Well no s**t he has a 'condition.' I sensed great chi within the area. I won't say what type of chi because I'm not stupid enough to scare all my medics like that." They look at him wondering what's going on. A younger man flash steps next to him, "Do you want them to leave sir?" Hateshi realizes, [Oh god this old guy's the leader of the Medical Branch.] The old man thinks on it, "No." Hateshi bows, "Thank you." Hateshi recognizes someone, "Is that?" A Mokuzai flash steps behind him, "What are you kids doing here?" Hateshi turns around laughing, "Hello Kouken." The Kouken looks disgusted at Shin, "What's he doing here?"

The old man pulls the Kouken away from the group to speak privately, "He has a demon within him. Judging..." The Kouken pulls his arm away, "You think I'm stupid or something? I *know.*" The medical chief says, "I don't think..." The Kouken ignores him, "I know these guy. They're students of... Tahei." The old man giggles, "Oh. I thought you still had a grudge against him though." Kouken sighs, "I do but we used to be good friends. I'm not punishing these kids for what he did." The medical chief shrugs, "Okay whatever suits you."

The Kouken walks up to them and tells Shin, "Give me the sword." Shin looks at him like he's crazy. The Kouken sighs, "I can't allow you to carry that thing around while your here. If you want our help give me that sword. Yes I recognize what it is. You can have it back when you leave this place." Hateshi looks at the sword wondering, [What's with the sword?] The Kouken smiles at Hateshi, "Standard security measures." Hateshi nods and the Kouken tells him, "Deactivate Issekigan." Hateshi looks confused, "What?" The Kouken says, "You don't need it here. Deactivate it or get out." Hateshi looks at him weird and deactivates Issekigan, "Okay..." He tells Resshi, "Where's your sword?" Resshi looks confused, "Right here," pointing at it. The Kouken laughs, "No. I mean your real sword." Hateshi realizes, [He knows about his Hansei weapon?] Resshi keeps acting like he doesn't know what he's talking about. Hateshi tells the Kouken, "It's not on him. I told him to hide it and only take it out for certain situations." The Kouken nods, "Okay. If he pulls it out after this point I'm going to have to kill him." Hateshi nods, "Okay..." He looks at Kichiro, "I expect you not to use our idensai around me." Kichiro nods. He finishes talking to Shin, "If you use those eyes of yours for anything other than looking around you can go screw yourself and figure out that curse on your own."

Hateshi whispers to Shin, "Sorry about all the hostility. I think he's still mad at my sensei..." The Kouken tells Hateshi, "Stop whispering like your on some mission." The Kouken stands there looking at Shin, "That curse appears to be draining your chi. I'm assuming you have to take others chi in order to survive." Shin doesn't answer and the Kouken says, "We have a jutsu which allows you to use your ryoku to transfer chi from trees. Seeing that you have large amounts of ryoku this would be very valuable to you." Noticing that Shin's interested, "But we can't just give you one of our jutsu for free..." Hateshi tells him, "Could you just get over whatever problem you have with Tahei?" The Kouken answers, "Then tell him to erase those jutsu from his brain." Hateshi realizes why the Kouken's so mad, [Tahei stole jutsu from them?] The Kouken looks at Hateshi, "Tahei is a backstabber. You don't know him like I do. If you want me to help this guy.." Hateshi cuts in, "Shin." The Kouken says, "If you want me to help Shin then forget about Tahei. I don't need to talk to you about him." Hateshi nods deciding to stay out of the way from now on.

The Kouken tells Shin, "We're going to need something in return. We don't usually share this kind of information with outsiders." Hateshi remembers something, "He's also looking for an ancient mirror." The Kouken looks at him weird, "An ancient mirror?" Hateshi adds, "I think he's looking for the Muteki Shield." The Kouken giggles, "You're not the only one looking for it. No one knows where it is. Sorry." Hateshi analyzes him, "You have an idea of where it is." The Kouken yells at him, "Did I tell you you could use Issekigan?!" Hateshi shrugs, "I don't need it to detect lying. People in general develop patterns when they lie. You seriously think I had Issekigan activated full time on the island? That's hardly cost effective." The Kouken was impressed, [He interrogated people just using normal methods?] Hateshi asks him, "Where is it?" The Kouken tells them, "I don't know. What I do know is it was last seen in Chishita." Hateshi giggles, "Figured them earth ninja had it." The Kouken looks annoyed, "We've tried over and over again and we couldn't find it. We thought it'd be easy considering how many souls it's supposed to contain but... I don't know. Maybe it doesn't even have souls in it. I don't even know how it works." Hateshi asks, "So you guys think it has thousands of souls in it?" The Kouken nods, "Yeah! I and previous Koukens took squads on black-ops missions trying to find it and we couldn't sense anything. I guess they buried or something." Hateshi sighs, "Well we can still try to find it... or interrogate them." The Kouken laughs, "They don't know where it is." Hateshi asks, "Seriously?" The Kouken smiles, "Tahei and Kousha checked themselves. Not even the Kinozoku clan, the ones who were *using* it, know where it is."

The Kouken decides, "Here's the deal. Shin, we'll teach you this jutsu if you help us find the shield and let us examine it. You can have all the souls for all I care. It's against our laws, and morals, to bring them back from the dead anyway. And by absorbing all their chi you'll finish their deaths allowing them to re-enter the Reincarnation System."
