Nefas Fatum Noo.. can't say I have.. need to look into that smile They are really awesome and so much better than Twilight and they are adult which means no crappy love scenes and such.

My favourite book is Blood and Chocolate.
I'm reading Breaking Dawn and the moment.
I'm also reading the Warrior Cats series. I don't care! mad I love cats. scream

I'll read just about anything. But some of my favorites are: The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher, The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice, The Dark Tower series by Stephen King, anything Michael Koryta has written, and ... Twilight.
(Just to justify that, I am not a raving fangirl. I acknowledge that it is written badly, and that the "plot" is shaky, at best. But, I still found it enjoyable. So. There.)

I have two current favorite books and they are different from each other.
"The chronicles of Vladimir Tod: Eigth grade bites" by heather brewer, It's a vampire book...although very short I loved it. I would so read it again and again and again.
"The State Boys Rebellion" by Michael D'Antionio, it's about a kid and his friends growing up in a 'school for the feebleminded' during the eugenic period. VERY good book, first book I have read in a LONG time-and it was a real eye opener of how they (the 'mentally retarded) were treated.
Currently reading:
-Gracefully Insane (Alex Beam)
-The chronicles of Vladimir Tod: Ninth Grade bites (heather brewer)
-Stolen (kelley armstrong)
Soon to read:
-Twilight ( rolleyes )
-Crazy in America (? Too lazy to look at author)

When I decided it'd be a good idea to go to the other side of the world, I forced myself to pick just ten novels to take with me because (oh noes!) what if there were no good books in India?
Fortunately for me, the host family I'm living with has a wonderful collection of fantastic books, most of which I had never heard of before (and I studied literature at uni). Also there is a pretty quaint library around here that has a good selection of English books, and a decent selection of sci-fi/fantasy (though the juvie section is just lacking stare )
So in the nine months I've been here, I've read some (looks at list) 103 books to date. Which I will not list. But currently, right this moment, I've got four books sitting by my bed, which are:
Rumo and his Miraculous Adventures, by Walter Moers
Grimus, by Salman Rushdie
Lords and Ladies, by Terry Pratchett
and
Mother London, by Michael Moorcock

Some books I'd like to discuss:
I just finished reading Nightlife by Rob Thurman, about a young man who was born half human half monster and is on the run from evil Daddy Dearest. Has anyone read this book yet? I'd love to discuss it, and I've just started the next one in the series: Moonshine.
I also just finished reading The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory. Amazing book, I would recommend it to anyone. It's just that good, and it's easy to read, too. Long, but easy to get through. Anyone else out there read it?
I'm also starting on Enchantment by Orson Scott Card. I've only just started, but the back cover sounded amazing, about a little boy that finds a princess in the middle of the woods, fast asleep by an enchanted spell. Scared, he runs away, but returns ten years later and this time he stays. It's really cool because the book starts just as fairy tales usually end and we get to see what happens after Happily Ever After. XD
