"Sure. We're here because we've been summoned for a quest. Of course, we still don't really know what the quest is." She shrugged nonchalantly. She had been an adventurer long enough to be used to these things. "And my name is Lin."

Lance looks over the group of poeple carefully. " Interesting..." He says quietly to himself.

"Quest hmm? Why not," She said, "It's a pleasure to meet you Lin," M continued to look about, another man had joined the party, speaking to the one in the hood. Just how many people will be coming? She wondered.

Garus quietly got over his surprise of seeing all of the people there, all apparently joining their group. He knew a few of them, but the rest were strangers. He sighs, deciding to join in the small talk until the sergeant arrives. "What's interesting?" He asks Lance.
Ytju walks along quietly, straightening his red cap. He was supposed to round up the next group of people for this impossible quest. The reapers are invincible, nothing can damage them! without that big... thing coming. He exits the stone corridors of the castle, knowing that he would arrive in the gardens in about a minute.

"You sure you're up to it?" Lin asked. "I haven't heard much about you before, and I don't remember seeing you in any other quests..." She shut her eyes for a moment, and a look of concentration swept across her face. "No, I haven't." She said finally.

M smiled slightly, “Well that’s a good thing, means I’ve never been seen. You’re one of the first people I’ve talked to in years. I don’t adventure for a living,” She said, “I have a slightly, different, livelihood.”

" Huh?" Lance asks, shaking his head a few times and snapping himself out of his thoughts.

"Hmm." Lin made no effort to reply to that. She had a guess of what the woman's livelihood was, but she wasn't going to say. The woman hadn't stolen from her, as far as she knew, so she had no reason to wish her ill. Besides, the quest would demand a variety of skills, so the more variation among the group, the better.

No questions? Emioko wondered, excellent. First person in years and I picked a good one. She continued to survey they group of people they would be traveling with. I hope one of them’s a good cook.

Adharjii watched the others interact with eachother from a distance. Two of them seemed to have met with eachother before, and another two were just getting aquainted. She didn't care for human interaction, or any sort of interaction between herself and another person of any species. It wasn't something she was truly good at. She would wait until she knew what was going on before she formed any sort of bond with anyone in this group. She didn't want to have a friend, then abandon them because she didn't want to risk death.

"Ah so nothing more to say?" Gerish said not looking back at Adharjii. He studied the rest of the group. "Very interesting." He said mimicking Lance.

Adharjii turned her head back to the man, and hissed at him. "Adharjii has nothing more to say to you." She faced the man who just spoke. "She is sure that we are going where ever the man in the red hat wants to take us, and where ever we must go after that."

Gerish gave a slight smile and finally faced the cat woman. "What if I told you I know exactly who you are?" Gerish said watching her closely.

Lin sighed. "This mission takes priority over anything else, currently. Stop doing things like that." She said to Gerish. "Besides, if you know all about her, then you should tell her about yourself."
