Karma woke up the next morning and decided to go out for a little target practice. When she walked out of the cabin she pulled out her bow and some arrows. She pulled out some plates she usually used to shoot at. She tossed them in the air and Quickly shot them all with ease directly in the center of them. "hmm... I wonder... if it's snowing... and ice is frozen water... maybe..." she thought then pulled out another arrow and shot it at a tree controlling the wing to speed it up and controlled the snow to go back to it's water stated and spiral around the arrow. She froze the watter into ice and made a sharp edge on the ice. She watched as the arrow sliced through the tree with ease and stared in shock. "oops... that wasn't supposed to happen..." She said backing away from the tree.

Jisatsu awoke from the sound of breaking plates and groggily rose from his slumber. "Ughh man..." He picked himself up and headed outside. It seems he awok in time to see an arrow shoot straight through the tree. "See your using your water powers then?" Jisatsu said in a mumbling fashion. It was obvious that Jisatsu didn't like to be awaken prematurely by loud noises as he leaned against the entrance of the house and yawned deeply. "Just give me a second to wake up a little more and we'll get to training." Jisatsu assured her.

Karma looked up at Jisatsu. "Oh... I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you..." She said bowing her head out of respect. "I just wanted to see if it would work... it mush have worked a little too well... none the less it was rude. I'm so sorry." She said feeling bad for waking him up.

"Ah, don't be modest, there's no such thing as too well. I'm sure if that was some sort of big monster you would want it to go straight through it." Jisatsu said picking himself back up. He approached the tree she shot the arrow through and put his hands in his pockets. With a powerful kick he broke through the tree and knocked it down. "If that were a monster I would definitely want to put all my force into every kick."

Karma looked up at him and shrugged. "I guess... But I still didn't intend for it to be so deadly... I suppose... if I hadn't used the wind to increase it's speed... maybe it wouldn't be so bad..." She said letting out a sigh. She walked tried to focus on the angle and then smiled. "But I hit my target." she chimed.

"Alright, that kick woke me up, it seems my leg made a full recovery, lets get started then..." He said as he went back into the house and opened a hidden door under the fireplace box. "Come on, in here nobody will bother us if they're to come across this place." He said stepping down the stairs. The basement was warm and completely contrasting the environment of the mountains. The first thing you see when yu walk in is a table covered with assorted weapons and next to that a stand filled with swords, and larger Weapons. Judging by the dust collected up on them, Jisatsu never touches them. Further into the basement is a training dummy made of wood, and held up by chains and upon the farthest wall was a symbol signifying that he was a Dawn Strider. "Sorry I didn't introduce you to this cozy place earlier, but I swore to myself that I'd only use it for training or hiding purposes" Jisatsu explained.

Karma looked around astonished. "wow... it's really actually nice down here." she said smiling. "and it's not like you were keeping a huge secrete from me." She said assuring him that she wasn't bothered by anything.

Jisatsu was glad she didn't overreact to something as significant as a hidden training ground, but he quickly moved onto the focus of training. "Now where did I put them?" He said going through the barrels tossing aside pieces of armor. Finally, he struggled to pick up a pair of boots and gauntlets and set them down on the floor making a loud banging sound when they hit the floor. "Found the boots and hands... where's the rest of it?" Jisatsu said knocking down the barrels. "Ah, forget it, this will have to do..." He said throwing his arms in the air in a rage. "Alright then, you'll be using these for your training, go ahead and put 'em on. Be careful though there extremely heavy. It's hard to believe I wore them once, they'll probably fit you." Jisatsu said finding himself another pair of the same gloves and boots and putting them on for himself.

Jima put on the boots and gauntlets like Jisatsu instructed. She almost lost her balance then quickly regained it. "Ok way heavy" She said refering to the gauntlets. She found the boot's not as heave since she normally ran with massively heavy wieghts on her ankles. "Heavy gloves... verry heavy!"She said then lost her balance and fell. "ouch" She said then quickly got to her feet. "Ok... I'mback"

"Seems your not used to using heavy armor. Just be happy it's only the hands you have to worry about, if I had found the chest plate and greaves you'd be wearing those too. For now though we'll work with this." He said making his way over to the dummy. He grabbed some rope and grabbed logs and tied them to the dummy to make sure the attacks didn't tear it apart. "Before we start beating the snot out of each other with sparring I want to see your potential. Kick the dummy as hard as you can.... and to stop any jokes, I mean the wooden one." Jisatsu said taking a few steps back to observe everything about her attack. From her approach, to her execution, to her finish.

Karma gulped when he got seriouse. She walked over to the dummy and focused all her energy in the kick. She took a step back then spun herself aroundslamming her heel into the side of it as hard as she could. Granted it wasn't as good as Jisatsu's kicks but She could still kick really hard and if she had been instructed to she could have performed a series of hard kicks with ease.

Jisatsu got closer to the dummy to see the damage. It left a big dent through the bark and just a little closer to the inner layers of the wood. "Here's my analysis: The spin you did before it is unnecessary, just energy gone to waste. Secondly, attacking with the heel is a useful attack, but I wouldn't suggest using your heel as an attack to the side. And lastly, the impact. Let's just say, by the end of the training you'll be able to break straight through the dummy and out the other side without using any of your elemental powers to enhance your attack." He explained as he took a fighting stance for himself. "What I want you to do on your own is what I like to call 'max out' Which is to simply do as many kicks as you can until you are completely out of energy. Just keep kicking like this..." He said as he preformed an example. Jisatsu kicked with the front side of his leg across the side of the dummy, the most basic of all kicks, but with the boots and gauntlets, it makes for a tough workout. "And try to use both legs, don't want one leg to be able to jump farther than another." Jisatsu said. He was starting to get a really good kick out of actually teaching someone his techniques that were passed down from his Captain to him, and now to Karma. He thought it was kind of funny because he's using the same training method his captain used on him, on her.

Karma walked to the dummy to the side then the other then the shoulder and several to the stomache before she touched the ground if only for a second then jumped and kicked the head of the dummy right off. She kicked it in the stomache one more time before landing and losing her balance.

Jisatsu sighed realizing he wasn't quite clear with what he said to do. "No, did I ask you to kick the head? Take it easy, stay to the basics and keep kicking him in the side, like this..." He said and demonstrated again by kicking the air like he did the dummy. "I didn't ask for head shots, nor hits to the stomach. Just keep kicking the sides of the dummy until you get worn out.... after a few minutes of kicking you'll start to feel the weights getting harder to kick with, you'll see." Jisatsu said as he took his gauntlets and boots off.
