Krismck Link would arrive home, get the usual welcome from everyone, and then crouch down in front of Colin and hand him his sword (sheathed). The dramatic music would fade out as they walk off, followed by the End screen, etc.
Then in the next game you'd play as Colin. I can imagine him looking like Link when he's older, so there'd be nothing stopping you from just calling him Link. But rather than having another reincarnation of Link in the far future, Colin would carry on his legacy.

Link returns home to Ilia & his friends. However, his adventure days are far from over. He decides to travel the world with his horse & help others in need. Meanwhile, a new realm opens...

Personally i agree with ya. Midna should 'ave kept link and took him and kiss the livin' day lights out of him. Mainly because she used a tear to break the mirror, link was startled by that, and i think link looked extremely sad when midna had to go back to the twilight realm.

Haha, imagine if Link collected all those itty-bitty pieces of mirror fragments, and snorted them in lines for his dedication to Midna.
But after re-thinking this, the entire Twilight Realm would them live in Link's sinuses.
This was a gross subject to come upon, I'm sorry.
But it was funny, huh?

I got one
After defeating Gannondorf Link sees Midna in the distance however she is still in Imp form apparently killing Ganon did nothing to free her from his curse, as they wonder what it would take to free Midna a new Cloud of Darkness appears as a new evil approachs Hyrule one that maybe able to destroy them all
before it fades to credits it shows

A year later they marry I don't know........ I might come up with something else sweatdrop and then they have a child xd and then he/she inherits the triforce of courage and works wit link to destroy evile in hyrule xd

No, really, if I can remember well enough, Torina (the cap-ii-tain's OC) was a love child of Link/Zelda... or something along the lines of that before it was changed up. This was years ago, but it was an amazing idea. <33 Couldn't help myself, sorry. P:

I'm going to be a douche (like Linebeck <3), and tell people, WIND WAKER DOES NOT FOLLOW AFTER TWILIGHT PRINCESS!!!!!!!! In fact, looking at the timeline*coughwhichissplitcough*, WW is on it's own timeline. Yes, yes, send me all your hate PM's on why i'm wrong.
But anyways.....
(in my opinion in the end, Link was riding away from Ordon, not too it. Look at the geography closely).
I would have Link riding on epona off to Hyrule castle. Then the next scene would be Zelda doing some-thing busy or reading something, and then she'll look up and see Link, and smile at him. Link starts walking and it fades out.
And the final scene, I'd have a short scene with Midna, after she had just arrived to her home.
yeah, I know, im lame.

Actually I don't remember dubbing my OC as a love child specifically, but just as a direct descendant of Link and Zelda. Buuuuuut that does mean that they must have gotten together at some point.....hee hee heeeeee
