[Hahah I hope you appreciate the effort on my part there Ariene. I had so much more I wanted to write, but I changed the way I was going with that post to make it shorter - all for you, to protect your precious eyes XP]

[I dunno about her but I do. You're amazing literate but I am amazing lazy lately. >.< Sorry for errors. Rushed. Will get to Dante later today.]

Despite her earlier attire, Kyo had changed out of her shorts and hooded trench from earlier. That had been for the party, her friends, her job, but right now she wanted some time away from it all. Though the girl had been planning on drinking the vodka she brought Rasha’s voice kept coming back to haunt her. What if a battle broke out and she was to drunk to help, so she passed it off to a guy on the street and went into one of the clothing stores. Finding a cute outfit you could hide a gun on was harder than it looked as she settled for a pair of black skinny jeans that hugged her hips lacing over them a pair of black Italian leather thigh high boots. Convenient for hiding her knives in easy reach. For a shirt, she turned down many the poor woman had offered but after several long minutes of searching donned a white tavern wench shirt and a black corset. Stuffing the rest of her clothes in her bags, the corset over the shirt hid her gun as she decided to make a run to one of her favorite gun dealers. One of her holsters had been damaged during the last round of battles a few days before and she needed a new one but first things first. Running to her apartment she dropped off her other things so her hands would be free. Checking her appearance in the mirror she scowled openly. God damn Kai. Her twin sister. Though virtually no one knew that she had a sister except for Kai. They did their best to avoid each other but both had a reputation that sometimes allowed mistakes to be made and some poor soul had to pay for it. Letting her long hair fall down her back to her knees, Kyo shook her head as if trying to clear her thoughts before leaving again. There was a reason she hid who she was. Kai’s stupidity. The only difference that separated them was Kyo had one vivid blue eye and one vivid green and Kai’s eyes were just dull green. It was another of Kyo’s secrets. Contacts she had worn since childhood to hide the abnormality causing her eyes to be green.

Heading back out the door, Kyo almost looked like a normal person though a trained eye would be able to see her weapons and there was no mistaking the ‘touch me and your dead’ aura that seemed to follow her and make others quickly move out of her way. Cutting through the park toward the nicer side of town she scoffed at the distinction people made. It was better to live in one part versus another but the wars had already taken up everything. The city had fallen so far she had even heard rumors of Marshall law coming to their town. If the government wanted to get involve fine. But the city was theirs. Little short of extermination could reverse the damage that had been caused.

Looking upon the larger houses on the other side she slowed her pace. Loved his weapons and accessories. Couldn’t stand the man who sold them. Trying to reign in her emotions she knew that if she went in there like this and he tried to touch her again she was going to break his arm. Wearing a bag across her shoulders so it lie against her back, it was full of medical supplies for the most part not that it looked it. Expensive. Also leather. Kyo had a weakness for leather but the sight before her was a bit heart wrenching. A little boy had fallen out of the tree he had been climbing in and the others had just left him as he limped. Muttering under her breath at a simple glance the park looked empty enough and she needed a break.

Walking over to the boy she placed a hand on his shoulder asking to see his ankle she might be able to fix it. Had he been older he would have refused but the boy couldn’t be much of seven and probably closer to six. Picking him up she set him on the bench rolling up the cuff to see. Checking the bone with care tried not to frown when the boy winced and she felt the bone grate, it was broken. Trying to keep up small talk with the child to distract him she slipped some things out of her bag as she got the bone as close to in place as was possible without seeing an x-ray before wrapping it tightly. Working like this Kyo was transformed. She didn’t threaten lives or kill. It was the part of her that made the girl smile and laugh. The part of her soul that demanded she help people instead of hurt them. Carrying the child she found a stick that he could use for a crutch since his tears had long since dried up and he laughed at her joking. Setting him down within sight of his friends who had left him, Kyo walked away not looking back. She would be surprised if the boy lasted the month before he got himself killed. To young to be a true member, but old enough to be a runner and distraction. The kind of things that get caught in cross fires.

Kyo ran a hand through her hair as she made it to the house she was looking for. Dear god I hate this man she thought to herself as she headed up the steps knocking only once before letting herself in. He complemented her appearance but she just glared knowing if she responded it would only encourage him. “I need a new one.” she said blatantly tossing the broken holster at him.

[[Ya. I created Dante because I had Kyo and we needed people. I generally don't play men much. Be my quest. I'd love any help I can get for more people. If I can get enough I was going to change it back to the original plot for two gangs plus cops and extras but sweatdrop Not enough people here. If you know some people who might like it here just let me know. I can tell Luci to send out invites.]]

[finally got around to it]

As the crime scene unfolded and the police swarmed, Dante was with spectators looking out for one particular man. Conner from the ME’s office. He would declare the body, do the autopsy and falsify the reports all because Dante had told him to. When the van pulled up Dante glanced for a second as the man got out. Standing only at 5’ 10” Conner still managed to look intimidating though he wasn’t particularly large. His muscles were well formed but without bulk as he stalked toward the scene saying professional hellos to the people he had to. Conner wasn’t particularly friendly, or nice in general but he had long since developed a reputation for being the best and no one ever questioned the work he submitted even in these troubled times.
With the man there Dante turned his back on the scene like a tourist whom had lost interest in the show. There was one more call he needed to make but of course he would have to wait to speak with Naoko for that one. People were encroaching once more threatening their territory. With Switch dead it might give someone the idea that the Crimson Dragons couldn’t protect their own and that maybe it was an opportune time. If Dante had his way, he wanted to do a preemptive strike. Destroy one of the smaller gangs for good measure. Though depending on her mood she might have to be convinced. Some people were odd that way. Finding the line between murdering for fun and protecting what was yours.
Walking at a steady pace the man didn’t look back, he took to the purposely heading to the borderlines between there gang and one of the smaller ones. Fully armed he stood facing the intersection with a smirk as he texted Naoko, ‘Mon amour shall we have some fun tonight?’ even without being there in person his amusement at the thought of a gang war could easily be seen. His use of French however, was a mystery. It was a language Dante had spoken for as long as he had been in the gang but where he had picked it up at? He was a mere seven when he had been recruited so it was assumed from his parents. If there was an accent it was long gone but he still used the language on rare occasions.

(...Thanks....)

Naoko seemed startled and nodded her head, quickley ducking out of there before she called on some bouncers to drag her out. What she really wanted to do was take a hold of that biznatch's collar and drag her into the backalleys where she would then proceed to kick her little tush. COPS! Naoko hated them.

She noticed Connor and then saw the back of Dante's retreating form and decided to sneak up on him. The surprise was ruined whne her phone buzzed loudly with is text. She moved in for the kill and kicked him in the a** before he could turn around in surprise.

Being the size that he is and her not putting too much effort into it, he barely stumbled from the impact of her foot on his buttocks. She clicked her tongue disapprovingly.

"I was trying to scare you." Naoko whipped out her phone and read his stupid text. She raised an eyebrow and chuckled.

Then it occured to her to ask what kind of 'fun' he wanted.

"Killing fun or the other kind of fun?" She asked, wiggling her eyebrows at 'other'. But she already knew. it was the killing one. Darn. (This is her face: -______-)

Kiyoko saw the woman and she checked the place a bit more. 'I must be hallucinating or something...' She thought before another familiar cop and more came to the alley of the crime scene as they spoke to her.

"Kiyoko...your work is done for now...we are so sorry to interrupt your day off" They said.

"No problem at all, I enjoy working...maybe a little too much..." She said with a sweet smile. "I'll be going now, keep me updated with the results" Soon she was off onto the streets like any other normal person. As she walked down the sidewalk, partially blending in, she thought for some time about her free time.

'Man...I need some normal friends to hang out with...' Kiyoko thought. All her friends were at the L.A. police department and she was known there alot as well, mostly by her being in the specialized unit for undercover. Other reasons she don't have friends outside of there is because she was a cop that could bust others into jail. 'On second thought...that might be bad...I'm the one that is not normal...'

Kiyoko then walked until she saw a little isolated cafe. Deciding that it would be a cute and peaceful place to relax for now, she went in. The place was clean and simple. She went straight to the counter to order herself a mug of hot mocha coffee and a slice of coffe cake. Paying for it and getting her food already, Kiyoko went to go get herself a seat near the wall in the back, away from the windows, but still be seen through them. There she took out her ipod, listening to some music as she simply enjoyed the mocha coffee and cake.

Looking out into the traffic Dante wasn’t paying much attention to the world around him until he heard the obnoxious buzz of a cell phone close by swiftly followed by a kick in the a**. Turning slowly a smile crept along his lips turning his violent predatory side into something else completely. Chuckling lightly when she admitted her plot even the death of Switch was not enough to tame the lover inside him.

Watching her every move, she may be his boss but as it is with him, she would always be a woman first. Watching her laugh and wiggle her brows at him only caused his flirtatious way to increase as he gave a real laugh “Well mon amour if that is an offer the day is still young.” Leaning against the brick wall he with his best ‘lets go to my place’ look it was always worth a try with him. Many men set standards of the type or style of woman they could get. Dante had a single standard, beautiful. “We could have a roulement dans le foin”

Despite his calm appearance, it was more a rouse than anything. Being part of what he was, Dante was ready to move or attack in a moments notice. It was how he stayed alive. How he could walk away from women to go and kill someone. It was how the previous leader and older members had raised him since childhood.

She sighed and smacked him upside the head.

"Stop using french, damnit. I do not speek ze language." What was up with her and accents today? She must be in a good mood. But Naoko definitely had a feeling that that would change quite soon.

"Do you know where Kyo is? We gotta get moving soon. And send her a picture of that hitman Hoshi on her cell so she can look out for him. But tell her no killing, we want to negotiate."

Naoko loved to negotiate. Especially when the negotiating stops when she shoots them in the brain and she gets all the goods. That's the best kind.

She really must be in a good mood today.

"Let's go kill someone." (^______^)

An old fashioned bicycle was peddling it's way down the streets of LA. It was a vivid red in color, with a large banana seat and a basket in the front, full of objects of various sizes and shapes, covered in cloth. The man that pushed the bike along was not much to be seen, especially in a town full of people like this. His hair was the most noticeable feature, silver blue in color and looked as natural as silver hair really could. The silver hair fell over pale blue eyes that peered over a pair of glasses. The dark rings under his eyes were so staunch that you might think he was wearing eyeliner at first, but it could just be the contrast from his pale skin and pale colored features that made it appear that way.

He was wearing a casual suit shirt and pants, as well as a tie. These things should have made him appear professional, but they didn't really. They were so ill fitting that they hung off of his tall slim form and swayed every time he moved. His feet were bare, but not dirty, his nails were clean and neat, both on his hands and feet. The expression on his face was blank and odd.

He was heading for an alley somewhere, to do something. That at least he was sure of. Once he arrived at his destination, his attentive eyes slid around, memorizing the details of his surroundings. A black car had been following him, but then, he already knew that.

Stopping the bike at an easy breaking pace, the man put on toe on the ground to balance himself and fished a pair of slippers out of the basket. They had to of been white at one point, but were now dingy with age and were in the shape of two adorable rabbits. He slipped them on and put down the kick stand. The black car had stopped about a block away, the figure inside watching him carefully.

In a slouched, sliding, lazy looking walk, the man approached the crowd that surrounded the crime scene. His eyes darted ahead, predicting the movement of the crowd based on their current positions and he moved through it quickly and hardly touching anyone, no mean feat for such a tight crowd. Watching him, the man in the car thought it was odd how he moved, sometimes forward and sometimes backward through the crowd. He wondered if it were really necessary.

Ducking under the police tape, he entered the crime scene without waiting for permission. A surly police officer who had been charged with keeping the crime scene secure after one woman entered earlier in the day approached the man and put his hand on his shoulder.

"Excuse me, but you're going to have to leave. This is a secure area. Someone got knocked off here just a while ago." The man stared at the policeman's hand on his shoulders, his blank expression twitching, just a bit. His eyes slid up to meet the larger man's.

"How apt you phrase that. Knocked. Like on a door." his eyes slid around the crime scene once again. "Is that a technical phrase?" he inquired, a ghost of a smile playing on his lips as his eyes darted from detail to detail. The policeman's face reddened and his grip tightened.

"Look, a*****e, you're gonna have to get out of my crime scene before I throw you out of it, do you here?" a vein was bulging in his forehead. He had been given a lot of s**t today and was in no mood to take it from this clown. The police got no respect from anyone nowadays!

"Oh," the man said, amused. He shrugged out of the larger person's grip and turned to leave. "I'm done here." he said dismissively. This further enraged the policeman, who gave the man a shove, causing him to fall outside of the no cross line, taking down some of the police tape with him. A satisfied smirk came across the policeman's face, but the other person merely stood, brushed himself off and walked away. He was slightly displeased, but the brash guard had not caught the look on his face, it was utterly subtle. He returned to his bike and straddled it, took off his slippers at the same time as starting to pedal. He made a big turn and then rode towards the car, bracing his foot against it as he stopped.

The window rolled down.

"I told you that you needn't follow me," the man stated. From within an irritated voice came.

"Jensen, I was told to keep you secure. Someone thinks that gray matter you have between those big ears of yours is valuable and quite honestly, as you've shown here, you tend to piss people off! My people don't want you killed. I don't think the Japanese or the Egyptians governments, or mine for that matter, would be too pleased if that happened and that would be my neck on the line! I've got a family to take care of. Can you please get in the car? Hey! Where are you going!?" Jensen had already took off down the street, having grown bored of the man talking.

"Detective Bradley, you are a simple person, aren't you?" he muttered as he took off, Bradley in the black car followed.

Turning off her ipod, Kiyoko put it away. She had already finishe her cake and coffee, but was just sitting there, thinking. 'Man...I need a case already...a task to do...something!' She thought. Kiyoko could not stand doing nothing, if she is not, she is a very bored, melancoly, and cranky girl. Getting up, she exited the cafe and continued walking along the sidewalk. Her face with a cutely slight pout and she was frustrated.

The police department does not give her much work just because they worry too much is what she thinks. It's not that she is underestimated, the opposite in fact. She is one of their best in the team, but it's just the age matter. Taking off her hat, she ran her fingers through her blond short hair before placing the cap right on it again. This time, Kiyoko walked until she reached a park. An empty part that is a bit isolated, but still have some little kids from the neighborhood around it playing there.

Kiyoko lit up a smile as she saw that. Sighing, she went to one of the benches there to sit as she saw the little children play.

Casilda watched the crime scene for a moment. The scene between the boss and a cop was highly amusing, but that was really all that was of interest. Basically, one of there own was killed, and they were going to avenge him. Well, she wasn't too sure about the avenging part, but that's what they always did, so surely that's what would happen again. She gazed at the crime seen for a few more minutes before crawling to where she could get down from the roof undetected.

After she had scuttled down a ladder Casilda made her way towards the boss and Dante. She smirked as a plan formulated inside her head. They were conversing, so she could very well sneak up on them. Grinning now at her plan Casilda snuk behind the two.

"Hi guys!" Her head popped up between the two and the grin remained on her face. It was not easy to scare gang members, but Casilda hoped she had succeeded. If not, oh well, she could always try again some other time.

"So, are we killing tonight?" Casilda asked, becoming more serious. That was one thing about her. Casilda's emotions could be changed in the blink of an eye.

Dante couldn't help but laugh harder when she popped him one. "Why do you think I speak it?" he responded since he had considerable doubt Naoko would allow him to call her 'mon amour' if she knew what it meant.

When she asked him about Kyo he shook his head, "She needs some time. Rasha dying hit her harder than she wants people to know." Taking out his phone he sent her two consecutive messages in a row. One about Hoshi, the other about needing her skills in a bit. When and where were still be negotiated upon.

Still in his flirtatious mode he responded to her last part, "I love it when you talk dirty." However his face sobered up some when he heard another approaching and Casilda appeared between them his look like stone with a hint of false innocence in it. Though that small part of humanity was directed mostly toward Naoko.

Looking toward the younger girl. Not quite the youngest in the gang but she was closer to the bottom for a full member and not just a runner or spare. Since his recrution at seven they had tried to cut down on 'cradle robbing' as he tended to put it. There was a such thing as to young for these horrors. Looking toward her as if he had not just been flirting with their boss, "You bet. Speaking of the hunting trip, Someone needs to hunt down some of our snipers. If anyone gets a clear shot at their boss tonight, it should be taken. No reason to risk any more of our own than we have to. The Doc will be there but lets not work her to death tonight eh?"
